Not only are their times on google and the website incorrect, the staff are incredibly rude. Cannot believe the way we werw talked to when enquiring about a cut.

0 customer service. Sat and waited to be helped while hearing an open debate on who will cut my hair. Maybe its just my hair type. But would have been nice to simply hear that they cant cut it.

2nd in 2 weeks we try and visit this barber.No one greets you on arrival.Stand around for 20mins only to be told sorry there is a waiting list (all the while only 2 people in shop)… Seriously worst salon I’ve ever seen.

Hubby went for a beard shaping before a scheduled shoot and said the service was great! I called and they scheduled him in as soon as they could and followed all covid protocols. Well done! Ps his beard smelled GREAT!

Do not , i repeat do not go here for a beard trim. Been growing a beard for two years ,went in asking for just a trim .The service was so rushed and unprofessional that the barber trimmed my beard so poorly and unevenly that i had to shave it off , they still had the courage thereafter to ask me to pay for the massacre hack job they had just performed.

While the prices are decent, I wonder if Barbers & Co are turning a decent amount of patrons every day? I ask this as I was waiting 40 minutes before walking out still not having been acknowledged by the staff (there were only 5 people in the shop, myself and staff included). Watching one barber having a fat chat and skimming over the same area of hair over and over again. Maybe you should change your name to Conversations & Co, as turning patrons who want haircuts is clearly second on the agenda. Not at all impressed.

Had a cut and a beard trim, the barbers that took care of me was passionate and precise. They might take their time to get things 100%, but its worth it. Go check them out.

This is where I usually cut my hair friendly staff and its a walk in unisex but think its more tailored for the men.

Absolutely amazing this place works miracles pricing is a bit much but Im telling you now its worth every penny you are spending I really recommend you go try this place out

For mens haircut this is the only place I will refer people to. Friendly barbers. Not just haircuts but shaving of beards. Very well priced.

Great looking barber with premium prices but pathetic precision, I needed to return to clean a patch from shave and on side of head. Barbers clearly cannot use a blade correctly so I suggest sticking to machine or scissor cuts and stay away from shaves. Very disappointing experience as a first time customer, and will never return! Go to Cobbler in Waterfront instead price not much different but service and precision 10x better.

Just got a cut from CJ, really passionate guy doing the effort of making the cut!!

Not even worth a star.Seems to be more interested in entertaining his young school mates, chatting about selling underwear and throwing up on neighbours walls than offering a service. Not to mention the bad language. All for good banter but left after an hour with no cut and and he was still on his second client!! This is a barber not a salon and if I wanted to waste an hour of my life and pay for it Id see a shrink!Pitty, Looked like a cool place.Hope he wasnt the owner!!

Bad service and bad haircut! After waiting nearly 10 minutes with my son they served someone else who had just walked in - they acknowledged that I was there first but instead of rectifying they said sorry we must just wait as it won’t take long. I was actually there to fix their bad cut. :(

It depends on who cuts your hair, there is a 50% chance you get the good Barber, if not, then there is a 100% chance that you will go somewhere else to get it all shaved off.
