This was one of the best hookah pipes I’ve smoked in ages.I love how clean and neat everything is and how serious the Covid protocols are. You are given a brand new sling (pipe) to smoke from and you can take it home.

This place is always so friendly, always feel at home. Its the perfect place to chill. I do wish that the pipes being made doesnt smoke so light but overall its usually a good experience. Im here atleast twice a month always staying as long as I can. I would recommend this place to anyone

I have smoked the hookah for over 20 years, so i know a good hookah setup. This is for sure a good setup. Great smokes, prices and service! Wifi and electrical/phone ports at each seat. I have been in Cape Town 2 weeks and been there 8 times and will be there two more at least before I leave...The only negative or improvement I could suggest....and Tony (owner) if you read this...the cushions on the booth benchs are not easy on my butt.

What a vibe I tell you! The hookah is really great and the staff is amazing! You have to get there a bit early so you can get good sits, the place is quite small and limited sitting. I wish they would expand and be a bigger place really. There is potential to grow, they also need more visibility in the social media space as you only see if when you pop by Mcdonalds which is opposite them!

Nice looking place. Very clean shisha and good choice of drinks. Tried 2 shishas and they were overpacked, so the flavor burnt too quickly.

What an absolute blast!The venue was visited over a period of 3 days and every time, regardless of the time of day, had such an incredible vibe. It’s filled with such a diverse and varying group of people it made for awesome conversations each time.The service is phenomenal too considering just how busy this little gem of a spot can get. The food will surprise you,It’s phenomenal! Drinks specials and variety is impressive and the quality and variations of Shisha is unrivalled!I highly recommend the spot regardless of what time you there or what you looking for it’s a great experience! We will be back!

I’ve only been in Cape Town for a little over a week and I’ve been to Shisha Hut multiple times already. The service is fantastic, vibes are always good and the staff is top notch. They are very accommodating and welcoming! Shisha is always on point as well. They definitely know what they’re doing with the business. Well done Shisha Hut!

Ive been here twice on two separate trips to CT and both time Ive had a fantastic shisha experience. They use Al Fakher tobacco and natural coals, they are attentive regarding keepi g your hookah going and the pipes they use are very good quality.Highly recommend 👍🏾

My first time - the platter for two was good - however took an hour to be served, for a not so busy place as it was during the week. drinks were on point - shisha service was good, and the hookah was great - must try!!

If you love shisha this is a great place to get some. Otherwise, the music isnt great on a weeknight and the drinks arent well mixed. Very expensive for poor quality of drinks.

Great ambience, trendy crowd and good music. Just overall the space is quite tight. Waiters are efficient as well.

My friends and I came to Shisha Hut for the first time and we had a blast but then when it became late and their regulars started coming in one of the waiters made up a lie ,that we disrespected him even though we didnt say anything besides for asking for change of a song, So that they could kick us out and accommodate their regular customers. I was seriously disappointed

I will be frequenting Shisha Hut every time Im in Cape Town. The owners and staff are warm and friendly and the vibe is relaxed. The food and drink are awesome.

The Shisha used to be amazing around June 2019. Unfortunately something horrible has happened and now all of the Shishas barely have any flavour. I am very upset by this because it is a really amazing spot but now I have to travel to Al Diwan in Seapoint instead. Please please fix this!!

Great place honestly but due to the high load shedding in Cape Town. They need to consider investing in a generator. I got there and immediately load shedding kicked in, then they had to rush around you know trying to get food out, figure our how to print our checks, shisha took longer than normal because they had to start using gas. The bartender/server was soooo nice he rushed and recommended a platter for 1 and rushed it for me. I had a great time all in all though. Definitely a must try place in Cape Town. Their servers and bartenders are soooo welcoming, soooo kind they treat you like a friend theyve known for years. Everything was superb. The food, the drinks and ofcourse the Shisha! Will definitely go again!

Worst experience ever. First they get my order wrong . After waiting an hour for my pizza . They gave me pizza without avos and O paid extra for that.Not sure if they were short staff but the manager ended up bringing our pizza. Will definitely not recommend this place.
