I received an SMS to collect my Garage Card at SBSA Parow Centre. I was putting off this collection for some time. Eventually I had to go and what a surprise. The bank is big and spacious, very clean and the staff member greeting clients at the door was extremely friendly and helpful. The queue was quite long (10 - 12 people) but to my surprise moved very quickly. The consultant who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. Well done SBSA Parow Centre. I am impressed.

Very nice clean, big and well lite bank. Close to entrance so very convenient. Tellers operate quickly but information queue is often long and long waits are sometimes experienced. Large ATM section with many machines helps for fast service. Friendly helpful staff.

I have been waiting for more than an hour to colect my card. Then the staff let other clients jump the q that is also just colecting their cards. And after speaking up about it i just get a cold shoulder

A system needs to be created at this bank i wanted more than 3hours in the bank on tuesday to be helped then i decided to go today line is longer than ever i mean why cant 3 people focus on loans 2 on card collections 1 at the teller and whatever works for you people ive never been more annoyed with a bank maybe one of ur mangagers should go to FNB and take tips coz no1 bank should let THEIR CLIENTD WAIT FOR 3 HOURS IN THE BANK its insane and not 1 staff member bothered that their clients are in the same space for 3hours my god its covid19 anyone can have the virus u suppose to make the customers experience quick and satisfying not long and dreadful i REGRET choosing parow canter as a pick up point FOR CARD COLLECTION worst experience of my LIFE

Simpler better eventually, 2 hours wait just to collect my card.

The service is extremely slow. There was only one person assisting at enquiries. With Covid-19 regulations, elderly people can skip the lines which means that you wait longer. No one has time to sit and wait all day long.

Make sure you put aside about 40 minutes to an hour. There is usually only one or two avaible tellers while 7 other teller counters remain empty. None the less staff are quite friendly and helpful.

Nice branch but 1 teller, 15 minutes in the queue and has not moved. Queue getting longer and no staff coming to assist. Poor customer service!

Not happy with service.

I dont understand for the life of me why when you do a transfer from your phone app to another std bank account that it does not reflect immediately, other banks for instance capitec reflects in seconds!! its annoying

What a waste of my time. Waiting 45min & counting at enquiries. Only 2 consultants with little or no regard for the customers.... pity i couldnt rate this store with a voicemail. 😤... avoid at all cost
