Excellent personal service. Understand issue Immediately and rectify. The lady care and to make my issue her own make me proud to be a Capitec customer. The service at the Okovango Crossing branch are excellent and the personnel are proud of their work.

Im super disappointed in Capitec Okovango!!! Got the worst service. I want to change banks as from now. I felt so disrespected on asking advice.

Just went to Capitec now. I asked to speak to a consultant with regards to my account. The guy giving out tickets felt that Capitec wouldnt be able to assist me with what I needed, this after having to tell him my life story. Seriously shocking service received. Will think twice before going back to this branch. Shouldnt it be the consultant that should be giving me advice? Suppose Ill never know as I wasnt even allowed to speak to a consultant. And to think I have an account with this bank only to be treated like this.
