No sense of urgency. Customer service is appalling. Staff needs to be up skilled.
Putrid client service. A lack of urgency in query resolution and the overall mentality that the client is wrong and knows nothing. Enquiries staff have a negative disposition towards clients and the environment suggests a lack of accountability. Generally bad service and always digitally offline. The 0-48 hours turn around time is laughable and nobody keeps the client in the loop. Clearly the bank cannot function in assisting clients with their NEXT. How sad
This is the worst branch ever -every time you come here you must be prepared to spend at least an hour on the queues .they always have less staff .they might Aswell close this branch as there’s no sense of urgency.
