I am trying to give you the opportunity of handling my business banking but your online enquiry form wont process my details
Quarter of a year to open account.No customer journey - just left hanging.App and webpage built in 1830 with a glue and scissors.
I had a business banker that called me 2 weeks ago by the name Edgar after we spoke he advised that he will pop me an email so that i can forward him him my docs in order to open a business bank account. I have since not heard from this guy and this tells me a lot about how these people deal with old and new clients. Clearly they not in need of more clients.
Dont waste your time with this bank , you wait a month then they tell you that they cant open a business account for you because of your nationality !! Can you believe it? I Dont recommend their service to any one , you will regret it.
Tried transferring our existing Business account over, we had to wait 3 weeks! for a reply on our request, we then got declined from opening a bank account due to the credit record of one of the shareholders, We demanded an answer and they stated this is normal practice at any bank, which I can assure you is not. Anyway its a horrible bank super slow, old technology and I see no good coming from Capitec absorbing an old bathtub that will just drain money. So glad our account went through, I only started hearing all the horror stories from this bank afterwards.Moral: stay away!
