I just want to give a positive rating to FNB Gape Gate. There was a glitch on my account and a very patient and kind young man - Steven - stuck with me and helped me to sort it out. Thank you Steven. and I saw all the ohter staff being very polite and professional as well. Kudos FNB Cape Gate.

Cannot even rate the service received as there was no service provided. Called Call centre on Friday to confirm whether FNB Cape gate branch is open on Sunday.. They confirmed open from 9am to 1pm. Website also states that FNB is open on Sunday on the same hours. Get to Cape Gate early on Sunday morning...second in line...no show on staff! Left at 09:20 in morning! What a waste of time! Please update your website and inform your call centre staff with the correct information! Very disgusted! Been a client for many years and this is the kind of service you provide!

Dear FNB Cape Gate,Where were you today? You left many of us in the queue waiting while those standing in the queues of other banks were allowed entry promptly at 9am. No signs on your unlighted glass facades informed us you werent opening. Your ATMs spat out pieces of paper telling us to go to the nearest branch. Hmmm. Do you realize your clients take time out of work to visit you? Do you know how irritating it is to drive around Durbanville from mall to mall which lists an FNB ATM as present (theyre all bricked up or not working) and then the major branch doesnt deign to open or to put notices up that its not opening. By the way, forcing people to all come to the branch is very stupid anti-covid management. Durr. But dont worry, Im in the process of moving to another bank. I suspect Im not alone.Ciao

Absolutely useless. Busy two months to close my account. The first Saturday they had load shedding and the generator did not work. I was sent to Durbanville but they dont have tellers. I went back to Cape gate but the tellers closed while I was there. Nobody told me that the tellers dont open on a Sunday so a drove to Cape gate again and they couldnt help me. I work in the week and can only go on weekends. I gave up trying to get the tellers open. I then downgraded to a more affordable account to be able to pay my extra money from my savings to the cheaper account. I signed the papers. Today I realized that the gold account is still open. I must add the Lady that helped me was talking to the lady next to her most of the time!

Absolutely enjoyed the service I received at this branch. The coordinator addressed me kindly and you could tell that she was invested in assisting me. Spent 2 hours opening my account but it felt way shorter than that. Zizipho, the banker, was kind and engaging. She offered me great financial advice and helped with the setup of my banking app. A pure ace. Keep it up guys!

Worst experience ever ,doesnt matter how much you as the client do ,put in extra effort ,going there ,spending hours in that bank to make sure your business is in place and to run smooth ,it ends up in an disaster,every time.Worst service I have ever experienced from any entity in my life.

I was absolutely amazed by the service I received from Belinda Khupe. Special shout out to her for making my day and achieving such excellent service.Iam very impressed. I opened my first FNB bank account with her on Sunday and she was polite in every way, not many people can deliver great customer service but this lady definitely did a job well done. Very informative and the account was quick and easy to set up.Keep up the good work Belinda.

Will not go to this branch again.First Cape gate FNB refused to open an account if my full salary is not paid in the account and when I wanted to leave the lady didnt want to give back my bank statements that was given as proof of address.However Zevenwacht FNB helped. Secondly I sent back to cape gate as the card that was delivered did not have a pin with it and that it must be activated in a branch, however they kept interrupting me when trying to explain the steps I took to read on the app and at the teller how to activate it.Extremely rude staff, extremely long waiting period never again!

This branch dont know the meaning of customer service. All I wanted to do was change my address, after 45 minutes, I was still waiting for assistance, so I left. FNBs customer service is non-existing! What a waste of my time!

Tellers are always slow and i find myself waiting almost an hour most times just to deposit money, there are 3 tellers but they never seem to have more than 1 open, pathetic!
