I love it when a place manages to engage multiple senses at the same time. When entering the bakery, you are welcomed with a sweet aroma. The various items on display are a visual treat for your eyes making it so difficult to choose. Each bite is such a delight - fresh and delicious! The shop was spotless while employees were friendly and helpful. The treats are reasonably priced for the quality you receive so we will certainly visit Tessas when we are in the area again.

Tessas Bakery is by far one of the best bakeries Ive ever been to. Ask them about the velvet cake and cheesecake hybrid! Scrumptious. Ive not yet ordered a whole cake but so far their cupcake variety and cake slice options have all been delicious. I especially love to buy Banting cheescake and the Banting chocolate mousse type cake. Phone ahead for the Banting options though because its not always available or not always the same thing. The packaging is also really cute and fun so if you have a friend with a sweet tooth then buying them a cupcake here will double up as a nice gift.

They might do nice Cakes, as i can see on their Pictures, but its not possible to communicate with them via email. They dont even read my emails porperly to ensure to understand what i want! Thanks no cake for me

Exceptionally disappointing service received on a small order. Cake did not arrive on time for our event (a day late!). I had to call 7 times and wait 5 hours for delivery (the next day). Have received no further engagement, no apology, no acknowledgement of my email complaint. Shockingly poor service and customer experience. Never again.

The service at Tessa is so welcoming. They have a delicious variety of cakes and pastries to choose from. Great place for grabbing a quick cup of coffee or sit down while you wait for your cake.

Tessas sells some of the yummiest vegan treats. My favourite is their pecan nut bar. Amazing is an understatement. Ive had many of their cupcakes, some of their cheesecake slices, as well their cookies.

Tucked away in a quiet suburban side street with an incredible selection of cakes and confectionery. Service is prompt and friendly, they were super-quick to respond to an email enquiring about their baklava (which is absolutely phenomenal, by the way) and they have plenty of parking right in front of the store. Well worth the trip, will definitely go there again.

Just on entering the shop you get that heavenly smell of baking!! Then you get the cake and that is absolutely the best!! Wonderfully made.

What a Disappointing Experience!I was excited to place an order well In advance to have some birthday cupcakes delivered. Delivery didnt go through and customer service blamed me for the delivery not going through. Apparently they sent me an email. I still havent received said email. This place has obviously lost its touch. Today I visited them to purchase some cupcakes and a cake. When I asked about what flavour cupcakes they had, I got an exasperated cupcake flavour. The girl at the counter clearly did not want to be there and was highly offended that she had to deal with a customer... Definitely not what it used to be.

Tessas bakery has gone down the drain and we wont be back. Epic failure. We ordered a rainbow cake for my sons birthday. The cake leant terribly to the left and almost collapsed. Also no sprinkles and quality was sub-par for a small cake you pay so much for. I would strongly advise parents to rather buy the woolies cakes from now on. Tessa just isnt worth it anymore. Pathetic really. I wont be back...ever. The first picture is what we got and the 2nd is how they advertise it to look.*Follow up. We contacted Tessas who has decided to blatently ignore us. They had no interest to get the cake rectified to make it look like it should. They simply shrugged us off and have not responded to calls, emails or messages since to escalate what happened.THEY IGNORE ANYONE THAT COMPLAINS IT SEEMS. THEY ACTUALLY DELETE ANY BAD REVIEWS.

My friend has been craving the death by chocolate cup cake for months, but we on a diet so we never went. It was her birthday yesterday and we went. We were supposed to have a cup cake and coffee there and then she would buy a few for home. The cupcakes were stale and we didnt end up buying more. Sadly I have ordered a cake for Friday.
