Dynamos work hard to give the customers all they need when shopping. There are two main entrance namely 3 and 4. For visitors it is best to use entrance 4. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile.

Good day.On the 26th December 2018 I have purchased a cellphone at Springs mall and couple of days the device does not work as it was a display,I have been to the store to be assisted which I was help by the store manager and she was helpful but my concerned has to do with the policy of the company that the phone needs to be booked for repairs as the when you buy something new you expect it to work with no hassles,cause of my commitment of work I couldnt make it with in the seven day period as stated I could only get to the store on day 9, Kindly advise me how are you willing to sort out this as fitting a new was very helpful but the device keeps on switching off and my son cannot stay without his cellphone for 8 weeks I find this unacceptable.

Im really not impressed with paxi, my parcel was posted on 13 in PE Im only getting it on the 25 in East London thats insane. Ive always used Postnet, Id rather pay the extra and not have stress over this. First and last time.

Bought a phone from Kings Mall branch in East London and after a week the phone stopped charging. Took it in and they replaced the charger. A week later that too stopped working. Took it in and now they want to send the phone away for 3 weeks without a replacement phone. Shocking service. They sell substandard products. Disgusted. Oh and no one answers the head office number. Been trying for two hours.

A couple of weeks ago I had a problem with my PEP money card.. The store couldnt help I took the matter to facebook and my details were taken.. I got a call from Nabeelah a very patient and understanding consultant.. She attended the matter with so much patience.. Yaz I had given up on it I even gave away the tokens I bought.. She called everyday to tell me they tried another method to fix it. I should atleast buy a R20 token to check if its working..She patiently waited days for me to actually go and buy it.. She called me almost everyday.. Never did she give up on me.Thank you so much Nabeelah. God bless you💜❤
