This store has no customer service at all... its not poor,it doesnt exist completely.My brother bought a bed sheet there yesterday and he then realized that it was the wrong size, unfortunately for him he was mugged on his way home and lost the till slip because it was in his wallet.Following morning he went for an exchange because the tag was still on the sheet but they refused to exchange for him,they didnt even want to do docket reprint to the till he [processed the purchase to in order to verify the transaction as to assist him.

This store has a very poor service the ladies that are working there they do not at all have customer service been there more than twice but seems the service is always as poor..I will never shop in there again. I hate to walk out feeling small and be treated like nothing.They should atleast try to have customer manners on how to explain their service and the products... I am so pissed and feeling like nothing..
