Before accusing people of stealing sanitizer bottles please remember that we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and everybody carries sanitizer especially when you have a toddler who likes to touch every. Instead of the security making a scene and making people feel uncomfortable, let the manager check the cameras and make sure you know what you are talking about. Who on Earth would steal sanitizer from a clothing store.Learn to make your customers feel comfortable and I know you would say u just doing your job but at the same time remember that its also your job to make shoppers feel comfortable and make them want to come bag.

Bought a cell phone for my daughter a month ago... this morning it showed not ricad although it had been done at pep canal walk.. go back to pep... will have to send the phone away for 4-6 weeks...but my daughter needs it for school... nothing they can do... off to mtn... the simcard was never Ricad and is faulty!!! PEP at Canal Walk does not have a TAP facilty at the pay point, i has to revert to inserting the credit card... how many people have touched that keypad? Definately not Hygienic nor keeping with the times...Staff were friendly shop looks neat...
