Eager to help when in store, but no answer when you call. The music is too loud, hence they cant hear the phone ring and volume still up while on the phone, when you do get through. Staff too playful. Not organised. Could do with some customer service skills. on the up side, they are very polite face to face and on the phone.

I’d appreciate it if they could answer their phones everytime it just rings

Absolutely useless, I got given a pair of shoes for my birthday from sportscene and they were the wrong size. I took them back and they didnt have my size so they put the credit on a gift card for me. I gave them my phone number and they said theyd call me in the to five days when they got the shoes. But alas, they didnt call. I went through this procedure twice more before they actually got around to getting the correct shoe size (three weeks later). But when I came to pay with the gift card (after waiting for an attendant to come to the till instead of stand around doing nothing) they informed me that they couldnt take the gift card at that time because they had done a stocktake the night before? Then proceded to tell me to come back later when the system would be working properly.
