A bit of a queue which is understandable because there are always people going in and out hence its a busy place

I like the store because it has a variety of things. Clothes, kitchenware, toiletries, kitchen cleaning stuff, etc. You name it. The staff are friendly. The line can generally be long but the wait is not long. The ladies at the counter are super efficient and the music can get even the stiffest bones moving, lol. I enjoyed my shopping experience. The prices are always the best and very affordable for quality stuff.

Staff not very friendly

A very very nice atmosphere. Loved the respect thats given to customers by the staff. Will go back anytime. Ooh? and as a wheelchair bound disabled customer i have to say the spacing in the store is nice and accessible. Good experience going to pep.

I bought 2 tops and it cost me just over R200. They cater for everyones needs.. From the kitchen to the lounge and bedroom, outdoors and clothing from baby to grown ups. You name it and they have it. Staff very efficient and helpful. I usually spend too much time.... And money at Pep store somerset mall. Always a good bargain to find.

No aircon/ventilation/fans! Cant breath, dont know how the staff can work in those conditions.
