I would not recommed anyone take their car there, based purely on personal experience. Besides the seats being cleaned, the rest of the car was still dirty. It would have been cleaner if I had gone to a car wash at a petrol station. The staff were not in any way professional in dealing with my complaint and when arrangement was made for them to collect the car and clean it properly they did not pitch up. They refused to refund my money as well. Despite having proof (dated photos) of the car being still being dirty when it was collected, they accused me of lying and insulted me saying that you probably short on cash now youre bringing the car back. Customer service? I think not.Certainly not the kind of drama you need from a simple valet clean.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR - TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had a very great and professional experience with them and they were very professional and completed the job beyond expectation. All I can sayou is Keep up the good work.....thank you so much!
