Super service, thanks Autoprism! After an initial hiccup getting into the premises as it looks like Fort Knox, the service was superb with regular updates and photos and the end result repair was excellent.

I am a manager at a finance house and I highly recommend that you do not take your car here, if your insurer instructs you to do so, refuse it and request another place. Took my car here after minor damage to right rear door and panel only to have more damage done than repair. Requested this to be remedied and second time around still not fulfilled. Paint job was dismal and they damaged more panels than the original area I claimed on. Just sad that there mission statement says they wish to be the best, that will never happen. Eventually moved my car to a different establishment. My car will never be the same again. Digusted.

The worst garage to go is Auto Prism. I dont want to attribute their unproffesional services to colour, but I think skin colour is still a big issue in our society. My Insurance reffered me for quotation to them. I visited the workshop and assessment was done on my car timeously. I was told to wait for it within 48 hours. I didnt get it even after 100 hours. I called them more than 6 six times but they keep telling me to wait. I was tired waiting i decided to go to another workshop in Goodwood. His white brother was willing to help me with the little money l had and i got my car fixed while still waiting for Auto Prism. Bad Service Autoprism. I only received a phone call from Jerome after they read my e mail ge asked me if i still need it which i declined. Sincerely, i appreciated his call but though very unproffesional place to say the least. I almost forfeited my quarterly bennefit, thank God his colour brother sortrd me out with no prejuidice.

Before taking my vehicle in to Auto Prism, I enquired as to the duration of the repair, which was given as 5 days. After 5 days I had not received an update. The following week I received a call saying that due an error in their paintshop, the repair would take longer. The general manager, Mr A Bell. has still not had the decency to call me or be present during the collection process to address the fact that his companies error has cost me an extra week of car hire. Instead of simply returning a request for a phone call, Mr Bell, who seems to not have time to converse with his customers, sent a message via an employee stating that he would send an email of apology.In my opinion this is unacceptable and the company needs to raise their internal standards. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Great service from start to finish!I had a specific time frame in which the work needed to be done and they were very accommodating and ensured my car was ready on time!All employees that I dealt with were exceptionally polite and professional, especially Fiona at reception who kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.As for the work - I have no complaints! The bodywork and paint job look good as new and my car was spotless on return.Thank you for a job well done guys :)

Good morning, at the end you have fulfilled the order and the filters have been delivered and they seem of quality, at least we already have something good that even if it takes a long time to complete and they are forgiven this time, we hope to continue buying but no more lies of delivery Please, it is preferable to say 3 weeks and not 5 days, greetings and thanks we were worried about losing that money.

Avoid at all costs. While fixing my car they left a speaker loose, my door still doesnt unlock and they damaged the tint on 2 of my windows. Then tried to convince me my windows were like that when I brought my car to them! Once they have your money they are not interested in fixing anything and replying to an email is too much effort for them. How a company with such a low level of service can still be open is mind blowing. Dont support bad service!

Some of these Google reviews had me worried, but I received great service from Fiona and Desiree who both gave me frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. Im not a panelbeating expert, but my car looks like new and the paint matching was very well done. All in all, a very pleasant experience dealing with Auto Prism!

If their customer relations and processes matched their final product, they would be ok, however they dont seem to care about the customer and they forget to do things, meaning you have to make sure they do, both in process and job.Watch out for the 5 stars given by the people who work there.Also watch out, they tend to change your tow bar.P.S. They did offer to fix what they missed, but after the whole process, I didnt even want to return for the Nth time to have them fix the scratches they missed which were 5cm away from the ones that they did on the same panel.

3 weeks and I am still waiting for an update.I have called auto prism in week 1,2 and 3, asking for an update, each time they say they will call back, or email let me know, they said last week that they will update me next week, called mid next week they say update will follow soon, wait another week, now heading into 4th week and still no call back or update on progress. Terrible customer service. NEED TO KEEP CLIENTS INFORMED AND UP TO DATE!

It is never good to complain on a public forum, but when you give people ample warning and you try your best to help but you still get poor customer service and worst of all poor quality workmanship then surely something is seriously wrong and action needs to be taken. I even shared the previous google comments with them before dropping off my vehicle.

Auto prisms work is great however the customer service is really bad. I had my car plasti dipped about 2 months ago and at the time the lack of communication was appalling. Now my car is starting to peel and left countless messages for Gino which he has replied to me saying hasnt Paul contacted you yet. NO NO ONE AS USUAL HAS MADE CONTACT. My friends have asked about the work but unfortunately Ive had to put them off about going to Auto Prism. Shame cos their work is good but the most important part of customer service is just so bad.
