I am really impressed with the quality and professionalism. They go out of their way to assist and they constantly keep you updated on your vehicles progress.

Took my NP200 for a minor service and asked them to diagnose a whining noise from the engine bay. They assured me that the noise is caused by a failing power steering pump and that it needs to be replaced at a cost of R7095 EX VAT. Not convinced by their explanation and reasoning, I checked myself and found that it was a faulty bearing/tensioner pulley. The simplest explanation in the book. The bearing cost R30 and took 1 hour to replace.It seems that in this case they were not in it to help the client, but merely wanted to overcharge someone they thought would not know any better. I would not make use of their services again.

Goch & Cooper Auto Services. These guys are Champions! They found an issue that multiple mechanics and even Hyundai themselves couldnt find. The issue which was the Hydraulic pipe that was causing a build up of pressure, which in turn kept damaging both the master and slave cylinder. They found the issue by driving the vehicle until the issue occured which was at random times. Then stopped the vehicle when the issue started and began to work on the car wherever they broke down. Huge thanks goes out to Riaan, Dion and the rest of the team. Keep up all the great work!

A+ Service and Communication from Goch and Cooper, I came across them on recommendation from a friend while searching for a company that could repair a vacuum pump on a Touareg. I visited 5 shops prior and either the others could not manage the job or did not have the tools to do so.I received constant communication from Deon and Dion on my situation as they also fought the Motorplan warrantee M-Sure that rejected my claim multiple times and got me an settlement towards my repair.While waiting for parts from germany they updated on time lines. They fixed other issues found at very reasonable cost and time lines. I am happy with the repairs and the vehicle is better then when I bought it from the dealer(it came with undisclosed issues)I would recommended them to friends and family and will use them again for any other issues and or services as finding a shop that has the skills, tools and that puts customer satisfaction above profit is hard to find these days. Well done.

I book my car for service 02,11,2020,received it 6,11,2020,drove for 1 hour and car went into limp mode,took it back.monday ,09,11,20 ,i had to phone the next to ask the status on the car,apparently egr fault and they busy cleanin it,well guess what they still busy because no one contacted me yet,i contacted them to speak to director but he is to busy with meetimgs to talk to his customers,car is still at workshops !!!

G&C did the software upgrade on my Amarok 2l Bitdi. Power now 168KW and 480NM. Tested against a Toyota 2.8GD6 put in sportmode going uphill. Toyota driver said afterwards he had no chance, Amarok was way to quick. Thank you G&C

I wanted to book a service for my car with this company due to their offering of a courtesy vehicle.I was promised that a booking has been made and all relevant contact details have been given.I was promised twice that they will contact me( after I had to call twice to find out what is going on) that Im next in line for a service and courtesy vehicle.It is now two months later and no one has bothered to make contact with me.I will most certainly NOT recommend this company due to lack and interest of customer service.
