Extremely poor service.I took my bakkie in 7:30am on a Friday for a minor service. The bakkie had no problems whatsoever and drove well before the service. I received the bakkie after 4pm with a problem where the bakkie cuts out after driving for a while and warning lights appear on the dashboard.They wouldnt even assist me over the weekend with the vehicle and I had to wait until Monday for the vehicle.Very unproffesional and poor service. I wouldnt recommend.

Very friendly and ready to assist staff. Though they could not assist me but were honest. They make my life easy to work with them.Yesterday the 18.01.21they worked on my front suspension they did a fantastic job now my car is quiet just like a new vehicle.

It is one from one I guess. I took my car to ACD after a referral from a friend. I received a rediculous quote from the big dealers to service my wifes FAW V2 1.3 DLX. I was sceptical at first about the huge difference in price tag but I took the offer and took my car in. There was no difficult check-in procedure. The guy who checked the car in was friendly and he made me sign the form with the same amount that I was offer on the quotation. The receptionist was also very friendly. They called once in the day to say there was nothing wrong with the car and that the service was sufficient to keep the car running. I expected calls throughout the day about unnecessary add-ons to inflate the pricetag (previous experience with the big boys). I appreciated the honesty from ACD. The check-out was also very quick. I will definitely go back there in the future. Keep up the good service ACD!

ACD Bellville service is appalling, my first time to see a manager treats customers like rubbish

From new (2006) it was an ongoing battle to get services done by Terios dealers across the country. The last 3 services were at ACD Bellville. What a pleasure. Very professional, they know what they are doing.

Unfortunately fairly costly and your vehicle is literally kept until after 4pm, even though you are advised to bring in the car @07h30am.I cannot complain about the vehicle service as the car is always well maintained.Thank You ACD for the 5 years and still we are still going strong.

Due to Covid 19, the garage stopped the ferrying of clients back home to wait for their cars to be fixed. This was not communicated and it is really inconvenient and dangerous. There is risk of being robbed, etc. But otherwise the service is good, thats why i have been using it for years

Book car a week ago for today lady on switch board friendly. Gentleman spoke to this morning driving in had no time to listen. He should go on a customers service course. Rude and abrupt. Drove out going to look somewhere else.

I have been servicing cars their for 4 years and I have never had an issue. They are always friendly and on time.

Service I received for my Mercedes C180 on the 12th September, 2019 was excellent. Honesty via Neil from Service Department unbelievable, whereby I was told that the quote I was given of R2090 was going to be reduced as my vehicle had not reached 90,000 km and I only paid R1830 incl. vat. I would most definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed with their service. They charged me a fraction of what I had expected compared to other places. Ontop of that they washed my car. That may. It may not be a big deal but to me it is because this was after I had driven from East London ak my car needed a serious wash

They are very quick to accept bookings, and they do a lot of vehicles each day. They definitely value quantity over quality in my opinion. They used to be much better when I started using them 4-5 years ago, but nowadays I dont know whether I should even still recommend them, unless you need something done RIGHT NOW on your car to fix it. They will fix whatever they screwed up if you go back and complain. If you want quality, you need to look somewhere else.

It is said that honest mechanics do not exist. I was also convinced of this, until I took my car to John from ACD. Honest, thorough and quality services - highly recommended workshop. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Excellent Service with a personal touch!

The Quote i received for the clutch Job labour and spares = R6977.28. I received a call to say that i need a gearbox seal replaced and the manufacture did a bad design job the whole gearbox was to come out and that was another R7k. i get another call the guys bought the wrong clutch after i initially gave them the vin number. new clutch =R5375 (midas) ( quoted R1709.50). I go collect my car they say my gear box had a overhaul.... Long story short. I have 10 years experience in the motor industry, owned 4 diff vehicles with four diff brands, i have never ever seen or heard or experienced such bad service in my life and i love cars so i talk about these things a lot. You want to get ripped off, go to ACD Bellville. Their head office isnt so great either... they take the branch side all the time then blame you. Total Bill R17299.69 Quote R6977.28. Tried saving a buck this time by not going to the dealership. Agents Clutch is R2k To top it all inside they technician left his greasy hand marks all over and they offered to pay for that only if i apologized to the owner for saying they were lying about work not done. Anyway i could go on and on but you get the message.

Had 2 services done and brakes of car done once. Never had an issue after their service was done.

Poor service, was placed on hold and passed from person to person for 30 minutes and no help was provided at all. I was able to call and get my car fixed at Dent Master before ACD even called me back.

Was referred here by one of their customers and was glad they did! Managed to fix all my issues even after a previous service center charged and quoted me more for the same job! Thanks gents and ladies for all the efforts and hard work!

Took my Honda Ballade there and i could feel my car had more power after they serviced it.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEI WENT WITH AN OIL LEAK 4 DROPS OVERNIGHT. IT CAME BACK OIL PISSING OUT. THE CAR NEVER OVERHEATED. NOW ITS OVERHEATING. PREVIOUS MONTH I FITTED RECONDITIONED GEARBOX. NOW THERE IS ONLY 3 GEARS.ACD YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY R8180.00 LATER.EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPOINTED.

Brought my car to these guys, unfortunately I appear to have an electrical issue and they could not help and directed me to a recommend auto electrician, ACD setup was very professional when I arrived and a few people told me to try them. I will definitely be back in the future, thanks John from ACD

Quality service that has stayed the same over the 10 years Ive been bringing my cars here. I appreciate that they tell me exactly what is wrong, what I options I have, hows I can save money, etc. Often Im told something is failing but it is OK to keep driving, or else how many kms I still have left on eg the current break pads.

I have been going to these guys for years. I trust them wholeheartedly, they always call and discuss all available options before installation. They always give you the spent parts to inspect, too. Hyundai authorized.

Vehicle bonnet was damaged during routine service. Bonnet was taken by ACD to Dent Master for repairs. Vehicle was returned 3 times for bonnet repairs and three years later I still have a unsafe bonnet due to structural damage and cracks as in attached photo. ACD no longer accepts responsibility.
