Some of the people working there dont even know what theyre looking for when you get there or call them... But then there are knowledgeable guys who goes beyond expectations to assist you

Very bad nd poor service manager thinks she has the right to shout at customers as she wishes nd be rude workers dont know their spares properly nd if supplied the wrong part they refuse to refund u your money back!

Competent service, reliable, very accommodating and their hours helps everyone.. Because even if you come from work you can still go to them because of their trading hours.

I got the spares l was looking for so it worked for me

This people made me drive +-20 km for a sample part after promising me that thy have to match it up with what thy have in stock.when they couldnt find not even one part to match up the woman that served me start shouting at me after I told her that the gentle man before her promised me they got a lot of that parts to match up.then I tried to explain to the old woman that Im a customer and she dont need to shout at me the way she did. As Im a gentleman I see she got more aggrevated so I just left never to return again to such abusiveness.

I have not gotten a single part for the car that I own over the years that I have contacted them over multiple times.Please take the time to write down each part that does not exist in your current inventory by asking customers or give an option of ordering in the parts. The 1 star rating is only for the hours in which Universal Motor Spares operates in.I really like the idea of being able to get parts after hours when all the other places are closed. This spares shop has a lot of potential but it isnt being fulfilled by just turning customers away without any resolution to make the necessary parts available.Please take this advice, it will brighten your day.

Universal has most of the common serviceable consumables on hand however you wont find OEM specific parts here. Overall they are awesome because they operate after the normal hours and can be life saving for your normal stuff

Go to Universal Motor Spares if you are someone that knows nothing about cars like me. The women/men that assist you are amazing at what they do and they never let you down.
