Excellent service from the young assistant but unfortunately didnt have the specific item I wanted.

You may need to wait a few minutes in this seriously popular parts shop. I got my windscreen wipers removed and replaced, settled and done within 5 minutes of getting to an assistant. Brilliant.

Quick Service, I had called before going in, and the Battery at the time was basically ready and if I spent 5 min in store it was a lot.

Lots of stuff for car care and good tools for starting out on car/motorcycle repair (spanners, socket sets, jacks etc.). The quality of the tools are not excellent but their prices match the quality. If you cant find something theyll gladly point you to somewhere you will.

There is really nothing ruder than having to wait in a queue and then to be intercepted by the man that helps at the door so that he can get something for someone. Come on people we all count and rudeness will not be tolerated, there are many places to go where customer service actually counts. However when I did get helped it was fast and friendly. It is not cool to push in especially by someone who works there.

Great service. Staff were efficient and really made an effort to assist as quickly as possible. Gave what felt like good advice and not just advice that would earn them more. Stopped off today because I had an issue with a fuse in my car. The staff were super helpful, very friendly and took the time to help me out. They not only helped but showed me how and where to change the fuse if it happens again and then brought me extra fuses just incase. Thank you so much for your help today and service. Midas Tokai is a typical auto part store with a good selection of popular parts, tools and even accessories, well lite, neat shelves with a variety of items other than auto parts too, parking is never a problem and their signage is clearly visible from the road.I do not visit here often, but when my regular auto parts store do not have what I need I try Midas Tokai and am surprised sometimes when they have what I am looking for, it is a pity they are so far from my work shop or I would use them more often.Their prices are surlrisingly competitive, the staff knowledgable but I noticed their regular staff changes which leads me to think, WHY?I recommend Midas Tokai for all your car parts and accessories and more as my experience here is always a good one.

Never thought Id be rating a Midas on Google but Ive been to three branches and this on is my favorite. Everytime I go here there is someone eager to assist. Shout out to Romeo for his great service with my car. I dont mind traveling to this specific branch just because of the service!

Good customer service but the people over there love money, i mean i was buying a light bulb for my car and the guy came to my car to check if he was issuing me with a right one, and the next thing he was saying hes gonna help me fit it the new one but at a fee. Midas u must start paying ur people well

Normally no issue there but today, a male cashier....no greeting, does not give me the total, he only puts the reciept down, then the security takes the receipt, I have to take the receipt back (saying nothing) and then I pay. The security takes the receipt again and then he stamps it and put it back down. The male cashier does not say thank you, nothing. I then say Thank you and he ignores me and looks turns his head the other way, not a word....last visit to that place. Unfriendly and no manners.
