This store is closed. 29 August 2021. Drove all the way to the store only to find this out. Wasted our time. Very irritated right now. You guys need to update your records immediately.

So unhappy.... Bought this bed on Sunday.... It was broken. Took it back on Monday... they exchanged it for one without the pump ( that I paid for ). Took it back again on Tuesday... they exchanged it again for what seemed to be the right thing as per box but when I opened it at home there was a single bed inside a double bed box... I dont fit on a SINGLE bed. So after 3 times to the store I still dont have a bed to sleep on....

Game store doesnt exist here anymore they have closed down so dont waste your time going to this mall for a game.

Game Canal Walk deserve 5 stars, exceptional service from the staff,going the extra mile in checking which stores have stock on a specific product, Game Bayside mall was not helpful at all as they were my first stop and when asking if they could check if any of the other stores have stock,was told its no use phoning because the warehouse doesnt have stock. So I take my hat off to the staff at Canal Walk Game.

Yesterday I needed to go shopping at GAME -(Bayside mall, Tableview, WP)but the store is CLOSED... . GAME is GONE!!* Windows & Doors are covered with paper or cardboard to hide the vacant space whereGAME used to be ~MassMart, what is wrong with you??The nearest branch adds another 20Km to the trip ~I do like your stores,.. but nót quite thát much!!🙄

Not much to say. This store has high standards. Staff are helpful and friendly. I was very happy with their service

I wont even give game in bayside 1 star. They have poor service and I wont purchase anything. I was standing looking at washing machines especially the whirlpool top loader bug no one came to me for assistance. I only saw a guy sitting at a table writing. I will rather go to makro. Thank you

I cannot give the service at this store less than 1..as there is no 0..we went to purchase a notebook on 6 Feb..well the lady took 10 minutes to come help us, her attitude far from friendly.. sorry for bothering you!! ... the store was almost empty, we ended up asking for the manager.. Today the 7th Feb I am STILL waiting for a call back from the manager, the lady who deals with credit has not arrived yet.. Im thinking maybe they have lost all care regarding customer services and the items on special cannot be taken as the office staff are not available to deal with customers, they will likely be there after the specials are finished.. I rate Game at Bayside mall a 0...

There is no longer a Game at Bayside mall, wish I would have known that before following the internet, they should definitely remove it cause its deceiving people and wasting their time and traveling costs.

The consultant that assisted me with purchasing my decoder was incredibly professional and kind. That is truly something that a lot of stores lack lately.

Disappointed to see empty shelves, but then found out the store was closing down. Such a pity since they just revamped it recently

Its in the Bayside shopping Mall. Good place for shopping and staff are very helpful. Close to the Table View myciti bus station.

Went to look at buying a laptop there.The display is maybe 5 meters from the counter where at least four game employees were gathered around chatting.In the ten minutes or so I spent there looking at the different models, no one bothered to see if they could assist me.With very limited info available on the little display card besides showing the make and price, I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Got there as the doors opened. Friendly staff, hand sanitizer station. Friendly and helpful staff member in the small appliance section. Check out friendly too

Had great sevice from front end thanks to Yvonne and casher who had so much patients after my clients cards declined various times.

Purcharsed a new waching machine. Was assistance on the floor.Delivery was spot on!!!

Poor service, have reported my washing machine on 2nd February 2021 at Game Bayside that is not working. No one came to check on the Hisense washing Machine.

As usual Game staff was polite and assisted in aquiring the item I Was looking for.

Game was quiet today.All the Christmas stock displayed.Neat and tidy- good control at the entrance with sanitizer.I was looking for a showerhead but only one type was in stock.The variety of sheer curtains very good.

Bayside store is always nice to shop at, they are busy with shop changes so it was not one of the best experiences there today. But i am sure it will all be in order with my next visit.

Very badly mechanized and maintained. Staff hardly visible on the floor. The clothing department is poorly displayed. Equipment not safely stored and no clear segregation of clothing departments in that space allocated.

One of the better Game Stores and one of the floor staff asked whether I required any assistance...a first in a Game Store...all the advertised specials were available. Definitely the best Game store in Cape Town and worth your patronage

Felt that because they made an error by saying that they had no boxes of long life milk, and my husband had to go there two more times after the incident, they should have given him a box for free.

Disappointing. I rarely walk out of Game as a satisfied customer. Their staff is slow and uninterested. I would also have bought from them on line if they accepted e buck. Their on line store is equally unfriendly. Instead of advising they have no stock, they leave it up to you to guess.

Great store and exceptionally well set up generically. It makes shopping so much easier. I overheard some women saying how they appreciated the lower gondolas all being mainly at eye level. Interesting. Perhaps that might influence sales?? The aisles are well sign posted which helps enormously, though there are helpers at hand if need be. A very pleasant friendly shopping experience.

Great service from the Manager dealing with exchanging an item

I would like to thank Redman for his constant feedback and help to get our recently purchased Hi-Sense dishwasher fixed or replaced. After many phone calls we received a refund and have purchased a different brand. Redman was most helpful and supportive throughout and I can highly recommend him to help with all issues, especially household appliances.

I bought a KIC fridge on 11 may, the fridge was not getting cold i tried waiting to see if it would get cold. And adjusted temperatures but nothing and my food is getting rotten. Now i called them today 25 may 2020 they are saying i should wait for lockdown to end. Whaaaat, i bought it in lockdown, why shoukd i wait for it to end. My food is getting rotten. Worst experience ever

Its okay and serves a purpose for most of your requirements if youre based in the Tableview/Parklands area, but sometimes youre better off placing orders online and going there just to pick up (there is not a lot of variety in the store and there is always very little stock on hand).Staff members are also not that well versed with some of the products being sold - so you have to do your own research (especially in the electronics and cookware departments).

Game supporter. Excellent service at cellphone desk, best ever. Best prices for everything. Prefer Game to Makro for most shopping.

We really struggled to find someone to help us and the shop was empty... we needed to buy a cupboard on special and eventually someone from another section came to our aid, she was great but even she couldnt find her colleague. We did get sorted finally

The manager that I spoke to with regards to me being unable to buy Boxing Day Specials on-line, did not really try to understand. Only after I indicated that I am not impressed with the website, did he tell me that he is only the veggie manager and that he would try to locate the appropriate manager. I waited a while but had to leave. I then bought the same things from Checkers.
