Wont go back. Was told to go to claremont appliances as they dont do bosch. I told them I can give them the sizes of the vacuum bags I want as I always bought them at tecsareco and they do have the ones that fit. The sales man turned around and said we cant help you cause he cant measure the bag if its not in the catalogue. How lazy can you beI called the manager and his attitude was similar. When I threatened him with Google all of a suden he wanted to help ,but their was no chance I was going back. Anyhow I called tableview Appliances and they where a 5 star to deal with.

Very dissapointed at level of service.Called beforehand and enquired about part.Was told part was in stock.Drove 50 km to store .Paid and got receipt but no item.Waited another 40 min in store to leave without the part as the part was not in stock.Was very upset and confused.How can I pay before getting part then be told its not in stock.

POOR SERVICE.... last week Friday I entered the store about 16H15 just before closing. I enquired about an oven selector switch which they had but could not give to me because they do not know who ordered it. I was told by the salesman that I must contact them on either Wednesday or Thursday to find out if they have stock. I still asked if I can order it in the mean time and he said no. I must call in. So today (13H02) I called and was told by another salesman that nothing was on order. The salesman said that he will ask the salesman that assisted me to contact me and up till now (17H33), no one contacted me.... I actually dont know what to say.....

Wasted my time. I sent photographs model numbers and also asked Geoffrey to ensure it is the correct part for dishwasher. The part was wrong. Very disappointed.

I cant really complain about this place, I mean can you complain if there is no service? After 15 mins of standing around in-front of the queue a old blond woman walks up and I needed some info on an air-con pipe that I wanted to buy. She must have been on her period because I’ve never experienced rudeness like that ever. I will never go back there. Luckily they did not have the pipe in stock. Just around the corner from them I found everything I needed and for much cheaper.Edit: Teach your staff to be polite or leave their their bad moods at home, teach them respect clients, and you refrain from telling me how to complain about your bad management. Poor service . When they do stock take during the week , all of Cape Town customers are on hold. No parts, no service . 5 minutes to answer the phone.Just overall bad bad service . Response was call back on Monday . I understand that you need to take stock but during an entire Friday ??????

Unbelievably shocking service. Left 5 messages for Shane to phone me back when he never answered. Never returned my calls.Eventually drove 30km to see him and order part. Still waiting for him to email me so I can pay. Tried ringing again and guess what not answering.

Paid for a part in the beginning of November- Was told it would arrive in two weeks - After countless phone calls to Yusuf and no real answers the part arrived three months later - When i received it it was damaged badly. I sent it back and Yusuf assured me i would have another one in two weeks. That was four weeks ago- I have now been dealing with a counter sales guy named Deon as the manager is always on leave or not available. I have left over 10 messages and never been called back and i still sit waiting for my parts - Absolutely shocking and this is not the only review i will be writing. There head office will definitely be hearing from me. Four months that i Cannot use my whirlpool oven thanks to lack of service and efficiency from Tecsareco. How they have the Agency for Whirlpool parts is beyond me! Stay away if possible.Billy Brink
