Dont pay online. before doing any payment make sure someone is responsible there to answer the phone and reply your messages!! If your are looking for headache and hectic feel free to pay online and wait to receive your gas after 1 week without any notification.!

Wasnt too impressed with the service off my Gas heater, the problem that I had with it was only looked at when I pointed it out when I collected it, the dial needed oil - in order for it to work. it wasnt even cleaned -it was full of dust on collection - I would expect at least that for the service fee. Also their emails to customers are not courteous, they should be telling customers when their items are ready and not for customers to chase up This is a time where customer service is important in order for businesses to keep their customers. (They must be short staffed as they seem very busy )

Phone calls are never answered and front desk ladies are miserable as well as rude. Wont be supporting this business anymore.

I always (used to/ not anymore) bought my gas from them. Just had an awe full experience where I could not be accommodated (lazy staff). I had 2 9kg and a 19kg to refill. They refused to bring it to the front of the shop and wanted me to go around the back of shop. They too lazy to used their trolley. I even offered to carry it myself. I just left the store and took my business to someone who really wants it. In this tough economic times, it’s difficult to understand that’s people still operate like this.

Friendly staff, efficient.

I just had very unfriendly service at Gas Appliance Centre. There were two people behind the front desk when I approached, one with a cheek full of food and the other on the phone. Even when the telephone call ended, I wasnt greeted. They called a third person from the back of the shop to come and fetch my gas bottles. He did not greet me either, just picked up the bottles. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and I doubt I will be back.
