I needed assistance with Washing machine carbon brushes, I got quoted by them (Table View Appliances) R400 and went down the road for the exact same thing > R182. Same thing. I think for R400 it probably fell from heaven. Or couldve been coated with fairy dust.

Good service and reasonable prices. They are authorised agents for most of the commonly available brands and carry spares of a wide range of parts and components.

3 months, 16 phone calls, my machine hasnt been touched, everytime i call they have an excuse. I highly recommend you try them out, you have to experience kak service like this to appreciate the good service that others give. Never again will I use this “family business”. Most unfriendly and unhelpful family/staff, where customer service does not seem to exist. Plus the prices! Paid R250 for a fridge thermostat, which I later discovered cost R64 at Tecsa Reco, 33 Montague Drive, where staff were helpful and friendly. Well worth driving a few extra miles for hugely cheaper prices and decent customer service.

Really friendly personal service. Very knowledgeable. Knew immediately what the problem with my wash machine was as after showing them a video of it.

Requested washing machine to be fixed in February, to this day still not fixed after contacting them multiple times for updates on expected day they would come a collect machine for repairs. Was really eager to support local business but after 5 months wait for service had to notify them that need to look for alternative as could not wait any longer.

For a better part of the last years they have been very supportive, for the other part very unprofessional, unhelpful and takes forever to actually assist you. I wouldnt even recomend wasting your time to go in if the old man is sitting at the counter.

It is a lovely place with a lovely service. Always giving smiles and being nice even when there are difficult customers around. Keep up the good work everyone. Can always rely on you guys to fix my appliances.

If you care for your appliances, dont take it to them. The really dont mind pulling stuff on the sement outside their shop to move it, not caring about scratching the bottom side. Also the most unfriendly service I have ever received in CT! Dont expect to be greeted. I guess I asked one too many questions (how long it will take to fix it) and the guy got irritated with me and sort of shouted at me that hes not getting into details. Got out of the shop feeling very uncomfortable. The 2 stars is just because they fixed my appliciance in a reasonable time. Now to see if it lasts.

Discovered on Friday evening that the fridge compartment of my side by side fridge/freezer was not working. Went into Tableview Home Appliances just after 9am on Saturday morning to request assistance with the repair of the fridge and was greeted with a very sympathetic ear and approximately half an hour after leaving the premises Gavin was on site at my home attending to my problem. Within the next 3/4 of an hour my fridge was up and running. Would like to thank Gavin for his friendly and efficient service particularly as it was a weekend.

Excellent service. Really the best place to go to.

We had a problem with our dishwasher tripping the mains. Phoned Table View Appliances on Monday and they said they would send someone out on Tuesday between 1-3pm. On Tuesday afternoon Gavin sent a message to say he was on his way. Identified the problem, repaired the fault and tested the machine. Excellent service. They also have a mobile credit card machine for ease of convenience.

Incredible, friendly service from extremely competent people.

My daughters fridge stopped working - the gentleman who attended the call was very professional He took the fridge away and it was returned on the agreed date. The only reason the score wasnt higher is that the older gentleman who returned the fridge said he had tried to phone my daughter 5 times - there wasnt any missed calls on her phone. Apparently the gentleman wasnt so gentle - in fact he was very rude. But technically I would use them again...for sure.

Phoned this morning and they promised to come. After 3 telephonic chats this afternoon thy cant understand why their tech.didnt pitch. I then requested for tomorrow but they cant as they do a different area tomorrow. Im disgusted at the inflexibility especially after promising to attend to my broken fridge today. Sad but true! Not recommended.

Zero service. Not willing to sell me the spare microwave plate, unless I bring the microwave in! What expertise is needed to put a glass plate back in the oven?! Never again!
