I am so very impressed with the service I received from KAYLA ADAMSON, the service I received from her was nothing but amazing, efficient and very fast. I have never been inside their shop, however Kaylas efficient friendly quick service has definitely made me want to go their, but most of all I feel comfortable shopping with them because of Kayla. I truly hope her employer knows what a gem he has working for him. She went further than the normal employee, helping me after work hours with information regards a part we needed. 4 months ago I took in our Kelvinator Wine cooler with an E2 error . Chris, one of the Tech Managers said they needed to replace the PC board. Cost R1200 which I paid. Took the unit home, plugged it in and it didnt work at all. Took it back to them the next day and it stood there for 4 months. I called often, visited them 3 times and Chris always had stories. Then today they called and said its fixed. It was switched on in thecrepsir room, had no errors. Took it home plugged it in and E2 error appeared. One can google what an E2 error is and you will know what causes it. I am tired of their incompetence, lies, poor service and poor customer service by not returning calls. Dont ever take your appliances to them. I wont and wont recommend them either.

The worst service I have ever had. I feel like I have wasted my money on this business. First callout I was told my oven is working 100%. 2nd callout my domestic worker was told it is the thermostat. No feedback given to me and despite emails no response whatsoever. I do not recommend this plays at all.

Sent Coffee Machine in for repairs and paid them and when i checked the machine its worse than before !!!!

I wasnt afforded the same service as other reviewers unfortunately.I took my floorstanding fan for repairs and was greeted with a NO we cant help, apparently because of parts.So do they repair or replace only, as they didnt even ask whats wrong else they would have seen that it turns but takes a long time to spin to proper speeds.

They should rather change the name to Appliance Despair centre. Rather take your business elsewhere to people that actually treat you as a customer

In todays consumer society it is very rare to find a good old fashioned appliance repair shop, the guys were helpful, prepared to listen to the problem, and recommend a diy fix, the funny thing was that I was about to replace the microwave at almost 20 times the cost of the repair. It took about 10 minutes for me to do the repair, it would have been a shorter time if I did not have such thick fingers.

Quoted me R380 for Defy oven element. Got it at Defy Sales today for R146.
