After I have paid up my loan these people have been giving me a run around with my paid up letter,I have been calling them numerous times and all the agents say Ill send it now but I havent received anything. Yesterday I spoke to Tiny who didnt even apologize about the inconvenience but also lied about sending me the letter. I paid up the loan on the 18th July with DMC collections till today my ITC status hasnt been updated nor I have received the paid up letter.

Staff very unprofessional. Made payment on sound an had to wait for couple of mins for help an was moved from place to place. Really unprofessional.

Went to the store today as am their customer, brought in a brand new Samsung Microwave that costs R2800 original price at the shops, but was offered R800 for it. Thats a reap off and robbery. Mind you I bought it from them just more than a week for R1900, now they come offer me half of it.. Ill never buy my the one nge from you people. I will tell everyone I know never to but from you.

A store that is clearly run by and managed by staff who have no understanding of customer service. A simple question blew up into Shama at the sales counter being rude and disrespectful, forgetting that she was serving REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMERS?! This branches low rating is no surprise. Pathetic. We definitely will not be back.

My experience at this shop was the worst ever. Pity there is no minus in the rating. Frontline staff has no idea of the meaning of customer service, nevermind customer experience. I wudnt recommend that shop at all. Complete thumbsdown from me. Owner is welcome to engage with me if u really serious abt ur business.

Went to this branch just as they closed yesterday (28/07/2020) I thought they closed at 18:00 (they close at 17:00). I wanted to buy a new xbox controller. I asked a guy as he searched the employees before leaving the shop, if they are closed, a lady sarcastically said, no we are open. I then asked the guy who is ignoring me, are you closed? He then got irritated and said YES!. I got dirty looks from him and the charmimg lady that was with him as I walked to my car. I took puctures of them. I will post this on social platforms shortly.

Today I experienced the worst service ever. I have tried to sell my item and the staff started pinpointing non existent faults on my item in turn trying their best to reduce the value of goods. I just stormed out in disgust and drove to Sunningdale where the staff was friendly and welcoming. And to top it all off they bought my good for three times compared what was offered. You do not deserve this one star

Prices for PS games are better here than at other places. Shama was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Good place to find second hand games for PS3/4 and Xbox one. Sometimes the pricing on the games are really good with some killer deals. Other times games are cheaper brand new.Other items sold are well presented for second hand. I rarely purchase anything else other than games.The staff are friendly and helpful. Once they get to know a regular face, they are very accomidating if you have issues with a returned item.If you are selling items, do a little research on what the item costs new. The buyers have a set perimeter to which they have to work by. So, dont expect thr same amount or close to if you are looking to sell something urgently.Ill always go back there as stock is always replaced.

Nice place, love browsing here, helpful staff and goodish prices. It is a bit dirty though, but I suppose it is part of a secondhand shop, have seen much worse.

Used to live buying at this store. As you would find some bargains there. Recently I have bought 2 items at this branch that was faulty. I returned it within the specified time of the guarantee, only to have them refuse to give my cash back. Insisting I take another faulty item.
