Neat store, but the staff dont seem to have any common sense here. One example ~ Price stickers directly on exposed paintings, using Cash Converters infamous super glue stickers. Really a let down. Ruined, expensive paintings.

Only 1 person serving at the counter at the end of month. A que of people standing close together during Corona. Kak service. I was there 2 days later and everything was spotless and the service was immaculate. I guess all businesses are getting used to new ruling etc. May I suggest that on your days when you can predict a massive crown that you plan accordingly. Sorry for being harsh but I called it as I saw it and spent 1.5 hours in the line. Yesterday it was a whole new atmosphere.Thank you management for taking the publics interests to heart. Well done

I got my washing machine via facebook from the store manager at Cash Converters Montague gardens. I enquired about it in the morning and by lunch time it was delivered to my door! It was tested and made sure it was in perfect condition before I received it. Very helpful and efficient and a great deal!

After visiting the store a few times over the last 6 months, it seems the franchise has really improved. Neshen and his team seem to be on it! On my last visit, I went to the store to sell some old Playstation games and the service I received was Great. In addition, I needed to check some info of one of the games online and they were able to connect me up to the free Wi-Fi in store which saved me from using my data. Great work, I will definitely be coming back soon.

Yesterday 01/10/2019 I bought a blender/food processor for my wife. We have to take it back the same day because it was not working .We were very disappointed the way the manager treated us. She was very rude and we have to wait very long just to serve us. Eventually she tested the machine even after she found it faulty she didnt apologise she ordered me to bring my bank card and said she will reverse the amount I paid and its not gonna reflect now even now Im still waiting for my refund . We have to go somewhere to buy the blender.
