This place does wonderful work. We adopted our 2 kittens from one of their foster moms and the adoption fee (which is the lowest anywhere in Cape Town at R600/kitten) includes vaccination, micro chipping and spaying.

ARO is an amazing NGO with amazing people working there. Orthopaedic vet was able to help my cat when I would have had no other option but to euthinaze him due to super expensive private quote. I am eternally greatfull for the patience, excellent care and help in time of need they afforded us.

Even though its a long wait to be attended to the teams on duty are wonderful friendly people. Since they purely survive on donations and payments from those that can afford, they happy to accept second hand items to sell as additional income.

Amazing experience. Very calm, kind gentleman at reception.They also do wonderful work at their Saturday Rondebosch market stall and when collecting donations at your house they are on time and professional. Ive never come across any staff member or volunteer that was not extremely kind with a friendly, warm nature.

They couldnt treat my sick dogs

Bless them for their good works. They even got their van to take someone home whose dogs leg was in a cast and was to heavy to carry. I assume the man had no vehicle.

Good service and friendly staff. However, they are expensive; for Neutering our dog, they charged R3700.00. Will definitely not be using their services in the future as the level of overcharge is ridiculous.

You wouldnt know what it takes to keep an Animal Rescue Organization up and running if you didnt see it for yourself.This is fully equipped hospital with multiple operational rooms and veterinarians, clean and well taken care off pre and post operational animal cages, no ugly smells involved...Not to mention two wonderful women I met, that are keeping it going on their own dime and donations. Blessings to them.Please, if you know of people or businesses that are willing to help with donation, keep Animal Rescue Organization in mind. ❤

I picked up a stray and wanted to keep her. They sorted me out with an inspection of the dog and provided a flea treatment and deworm. All for the amazingly low cost of R10. I was in and out within 10 minutes I couldnt believe. They charged me like R1 per minute for real, professional advice and support. I would highly recommend this place not only for your pets but a place where you can give those tax free donations too. I know my business will definitely be donating this tax cycle.

I love this Animal Hospital its literally 5 minutes from where I stay, very convenient for people thats using public transport, I always use there services for our 4 cats and applause the veterinians and volunteers for receiving excellent service always, very affordable consultations and medication for your pet
