Bus was supposed to arrive at 6am from Joburg - its 9am, bus still not arrived.Called their call centre, get automated greeting then disconnects after 15 seconds - tried multiple times with same result.---Dear justGO team:Bus eventually arrived at 10:45am - the problem is on the bus ticket saying arrival time 6:00.You should fix your tickets, i waited for that bus from 5:45am in that dodgy, smelly bus station - very unpleasant.You should also look at your phone system that keeps dropping calls. Fix your phone line.The bus was a Delta Coaches one - if it makes any difference.Ill revise my review to 3 stars just because you replied, but would not recommend you to anybody.

Worst experience with this team. My husband’s bus never arrived last night. We have been trying to communicate with you guys but your communication skills is of poor value and we have been requesting for a full refund !!!!! Highly do not recommend this website!

Bus was first late when it finally arrived it was extremely dirty all charging points didnt work 🙄 we stopped literally 10mins after boarding the bus cause it was faulty & that was the only stop from 7pm until 2:30am we had to beg the driver to keep stopping on the side of the road to lets us pee absoulety no ventilation its a health hazard
