It is a pleasure when a company responds to emails quick (not just same day, but within an hour).Must say I was impressed how they diagnosed the problem the first time around, and that when they installed the parts it worked.Also they were more than willing to explain to me how, what, why ect. when I asked them a bunch of questions before accepting the quote.Highly recommended supplier and repairer for aircons.(this was for a 2003 bmw 318i aircon repair)

Im not very happy with there prices and for the high amount you must pay you only get 3 months guarantee.
