I have booked a call out and on site technician inspection as it was offered to me as an option. A rude bombastic guy called AB (part owner apparently) came into my house very aggressively and without introducing himself, started plucking away at the dryer and washing machine pipes and plugs. He informed me that he does not have enough space therefor he cannot have a proper look. Not giving me half a chance to say anything. In addition and as he was looking for the tap to close the water supply, he simply ignored me. I decided to walk away and went on with my work. Later on he simply left the one appliance behind and stormed off with only one. An absolute obnoxious and ignorant businessman. Goodness people if you are the owner how much more do you need to look after your business especially in these times. I would not recommend these people at all.

Mend Appliance was very professional and efficient. You might look around but you really need to consider that they do the work properly. Yes the call out fee is steep but that includes assessment, pick up and delivery if you want. Then if you accept that cost is deducted from the total cost. The guys came here on time, replaced the compressor, did a leak check, regass, everything... professional service. Very happy as the cost of not having a freezer is much more than a half job. Thanks guys. Totally recommend them. 👌

Can’t recommend them, took them over week to test my fridge to return it saying can’t be repaired. Even asking if they should return it.Had other company service fridge and fixed it within an hour at my home.

R700 call out fee just to come have a look at the issue and give a quote before any work is done. Be careful with this company.

Worst ever service received!!!! I phoned yesterday (Friday) to make a booking for them to come collect my masjien on Saturday. I phomed them again today to ask if they still coming. The guy that i spoke to didnt know anything about the collection. No name, address or masjien on there system. No client service at all.
