My first time buying in bulk was an utter disappointment. The weight on their monthly pack was not as advertized and the stew meat has sinew and bone with about 25 pervent meat. Never again. Lots of other butcheries in town. 3kg of frozen pork turned out to be 1.84kg and the rest between 2.5 and 2.7 kg. You just lost customers.
