The service given to customers is generally appalling to say the least. Whenever I ask for cashback at the tills, I get all sorts of stories. Youd swear the cashiers are taking that money out of their own pockets. I dont generally complain but I really despise their customer service. There are however good employees there who would normally go an extra mile to help.

I went to your store to tranfer money (R1000) using money market, i send the recipient the details on how to withdraw the money but unfortunately when he got there the money was withdrawn by someone I dont know . When I took the matter to the store shoprite they said they are not responsible yet I paid the money to shoprite. How disappointing, i lost my money yet you advertise it on tv that it is safe but it is not. Shoprite I am disappointed
