Order two twisters and 10 zinger wing, the two twisters only had two pieces of chicken ans sauce on no tomato or lettuce...the zinger wings tasted of nothing!! Third time in Brits with bad experience with KFC. Would not recommend any of the KFC shops in Brits, the waiting time are over an hour for inside orders. BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

Drive through did not work. - waited 45 mins for food - they had no lettuce for my wifes wrap. The kids fell asleep before eating. Something that was suppose to take 15 mins took all evening.

Everything is good 👍 but staff is not wearing mask properly and also not carrying about customers to wear mask.It depends on their mood sometimes they will ask you about mask sometimes not.

The Garage is always clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are always clean as well with working taps and always hand soap to wash hands with. The staff are also very friendly.

Is my second time at this kfc always bad services too slow I ordered 10 dunked wings waited at the window about 8 min then when oder comes is a wrong oder had to wait 4 minutes again to be helped service improvement needed urgently some of us we always in a rush.

I left my parcel which I had purchased from total garage at 12h01 went to Lethlabile when I arrived there at 13h30 realised I was missing a package. Later around 19h30 on my way to Jhb just took a chance and my friends asked the staff about the packet and to my surprise Ausi Thandi went to the back office to collect my drinks. I took the same packet with the receipts still inside and asked if the store can change them for me as they are hot and indeed they were exchanged. Mzansi there are still people that care in this country thank you everyone will be stopping here every week on my way to Brits. #ubuntu#imstaying

Bad service and they play loud music, if you ask that they turn it off, just to order they ignore you and put it even louder, then when I receive my order, it was not what I ordered. And the sad thing of all, it was the manager that played the music.

Service was very good

It was very amazing experience with the people of this KFC early in the morning. I got my food and get help from the staff very quickly. KFC food smells very freshy. It was my first time to visit this KFC but it was good. It is just next Total Petrol station where you can get help both side.
