We were there for having some chicken pieces. They said we have to wait for 15 minutes. We said ok we Can wait.But after 35 minutes we get our order by going three times to counter.And also they give us only bucket and said, sorry chowmi we dont have bags .

When I was here the service was very bad, employees were pushing the drive thru and kept us who were inside to wait 30mins for our orders. One lady even demanded her money back because she waited a long time for her order

Food is sub standard, chicken is fried in oil that is not warm enough because chicken is way too oily most of the times and the fries mostly too cold. But still go back every once in a while with the craving for a good KFC meal.

This palace has got to be one of the worst KFCs in South Africa in terms of waiting time.....never come here if you are impatient. They are worse than their traffic department.

They have friendly staff and their service its fast. They also produce well cooked meat👌🏽

Just like any other KFC outlet. The customer service is great and the staff are loving people.One thing I didnt like about this place is the lack of shadow. Their parking space is an open field without roofs.

If a company offers delivery but doesnt answer the phone for the order whats the point?? Not the first time that nobody answers the phone.

The store and restrooms are neat if only they can canteen for their staff because outside seats were occupied by them and it was very hot sit inside with no air conditioner in function, we had to drive to the nearby shade (tree) to eat there.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. The whole aim of the drive thru is to be quick and efficient. If 20 minutes is efficient in KFCs eyes, then it definitely makes sense that their chicken is always gross... It really is such a shame.

The staff have a tendency to infringe on your personal space and ask you to answer a survey and then they do it themselves everytime. Other than that its good food.

I bought Zinger wings they tasted horrible....they were not even hot

Very bad experience! Waited forever to place my order and then food to be handed over. Gentleman in front of me was very upset, asked for a refund because he waited too long for food delivery. We bought 3 items & all the chicken were raw, not properly cooked. Nobody was in the qeue before me, so no excuses that they were busy with other customers.

Super clean and wasnt packed when I there. Theyre open for drive throughs as well as sit ins. Bathrooms are clean too. Hopefully itll continue even when theres more traffic after the lockdown. Food was great, didnt mess up my order. Stuff seems pretty cool too

The oil was old and the worker morale seemed to be at a low.

The food (pops) was nice but for the last few times I visited them the Krusher machine did not work or they did not have ice cream. Thats unacceptable. The lady assisting me was not very friendly.

It is pretty good to eat, sit little bit and talk little bit at this KFC. Totally clean out side and Inside, parking is a lot and always available. Lovely view from Inside and really amazing atmosphere of this place. Always welcomed by the staff of this KFC. I only love box master from KFC which was really fresh, spicy and delicious too.

The queues were longer the day of my visit. It was New Years Day. Customers (drive thru & walk-in) waited for for more that 45 minutes to get a simple fast food meal. Some even ask to see the manager. It was chaos.

Drive thru is always slow unless you are the first car in the cue. I tend to skip going to this KFC if I see more than 3 cars in the cue. Maybe it is just my luck to end up behind cars placing big orders?
