😉 Very good service inside. Honestly the drive through needs a little change of system, Bad service there... You will wait in line for a long time😕

Service was slow at the drive through waited 27 minutes with 6 cars in front when I gave up and went to buy Pizza instead. Service such as this is not acceptable as the drive through is supposed to save time and be convenient for the customer

I was coming from somewhere and I was very hungry, that is why I am giving it 4stars. I am not a fan of KFC but on that day, I would have eaten anything.

They choose not to answer our calls because they dont want to deliver..its really frustrating

Was in the drive through for 40 min, 1 car infront of us. They bypass their timer by making you wait wat the point where you order. After 40 min... we get to the window.... 4 employees trying to figure out the till... then we get asked if we dont have cash.... we ended up leaving without the food.

Their drive thru is very slow the system they are using is pathetic need to be changed :(

I have never been happy with the service delivered by KFC (Medi Clinic), send our security guard and same thing. Staff do not take pride in their work that is the problem.

The stuff there was very friendly, patient and very interacting with me and my family.Very quick service and they tell you upfront if they are still frying those wings or what ever you ordered so you can have an option still wait for your food or not buy if you are in a hurry. 😊

The access for drive thru is not compliant to engineering standards with regard to geometric design. Drivers aint always able to navigate these tight cornering. Staff is not fully trained on the use of the electronic pay machine

I just love The KFC salad with chick strips. They have a drive thru.its very convenient.

Had to repeat my order 4times to 3 different people, and still received the wrong order. Plus the streetwise 3 meal came with 2 chicken wings and a very small piece that had very thick batter with almost no meat on.

I was frustrated by the fact that they only accept cash for purchases and i left being unassisted cause i didnt have cash on me. It really turned me off and i doubt if i will ever visit dat establishment

The staff was horribly rude,I had to repeat my order several times.The lady that served me was not happy at all,told me to remove my child from THE ORDERING COUNTER and told they deal with food on those counters.I wouldnt mind if she had said it without so much attitude.
