They served us well and their rejects tiles are affordable.

On the front of the receipt terms and conditions it says 4 weeks to refund so I took the 4 boxes of left over tiles back to get refunded for the 4 boxes but when there they had stories and on the same receipt it was stamped 3 weeks on the back... How is it legal and fair on the receipt... And for that double standard they did not refund me and said its my problem just like that. Easy to take our money but when it comes to the terms and conditions they have a dubble standard and stuff the customer attitude.

Friendly and Helpful staff. Very busy on weekends. Suggest you go during the week to avoid lines and people. Priced very reasonable. Selection is limited. New tiles to choose from every week. If you see what you like buy it, it will not be there tomorrow.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely busy I was there on a Friday before noon. Just ask at the tills for assistance. Tanya was very professional and gave me 5 different quotes as I was not sure what I wanted. She also explained to me exactly how the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade tiles work. Even helped me choose!

Lots of Tiles to look at and choose from but you need to becareful as they also sell 2nd and 3rd grade tiles. The lightning inside tile crazy is not so good to see what you are buying and just dont go there on a hot day as there is no air conditioning and it is like a sauna.
