Small convenient store. Have bought many things from there

I was there to but boots and lab coat and I found it and its so perfect and it fits me well ☺️☺️☺️ I was so happy with there products.

This store is surprisingly well stocked for an Express Store. For a moment I thought I was at the Builders megastore. You will most likely get 90% of all supplies expected of a hardware. Its a bit hidden behind the Carnival Mall so you dont find long queues. convenient and good customer service.

Under staffed so I had to wait for long to receive assistance. They are closed during public holidays which does not make any sense. I was expecting them to be open and close earlier because some of us only get time to buy from retailers on weekends and holidays.

The service is good from the staff. They could have a bit more variety of things, they dont always have what you are looking for. Not always sure if you will find what you need. For the basic things they are good though.

Customer service is really poor. I called trying to get a quote and was given a website email address where I got no response from and when I called again the person I had spoken to initially didnt exist and was never given the quote.

Shopping experience OK, however the security guard at exit is either not trained or purposely annoying. When customers are selected on the amount of product they buy, they have their trolley unpacked for security checks, and the answer is he only check people with big stuff.... Next time I will only buy small items and rather spend my money on bigger items at a store that do not discriminate

Good and convenient for DIY shopping

Expensive, I paid R100 more than I did at builders warehouse Boksburg for the exact same paint.

I was told by Builders in Boksburg that the Builders at Carnival City would keep the last ceiling fan, that I wanted, for me to pick up today. When I had to pay I saw it was the totally wrong product on the slip. Went back to Kenneth and he told me sorry the fan was sold. Im sorry I dont beleave him. From late yesterday to 10am this morning it was sold, and it was going to be kept for me. Very unhappy.

Purchased gas cylinders online for collection. Went to Mall at Carbival to collect on TUESDAY.. No stock! They promised to deliver on Sat.. No delivery. . Called them.. No answer.. Still nothing...not even a courtesy call

Not to a great visit, battled to find a person to assist me, was not greeted as I waited, explained my issue and what I need was taken to the shelf and told, out of stock out of stock rather go to where you originally bought the item from. Thanks for nothing, I saw so much I could have bought but no effort from your side I aint spending my hard earned money.

We love the quality of items sold at builders express carnival mall, but the was no one to help us on the garden section floor for 20 full minutes, and when we finally paid it took us a whole hour to receive our parcels from the collection section at the back of the store.I felt so defeated and the thought of me going back there tomorrow morning is unbearable 😭😭😭The items we bought were not enough and Im not even looking forward to but Ive no other option 💔💔💔

Went to buy a bathroom heater which was on special. No problem, got the item quickly. A salesman wanted me to open a Builders card. The more I said no, the more he pushed and just would not stop. Really irritating when you say no and they just keep on.
