Absolutely the best!! We had a bit of a “pizza emergency” this morning! They were so friendly and helped us out even though they were still closed! The owners and staff is extremely helpful and friendly! I’ve been coming here for ages and will never go anywhere else! The personal touch and friendly service is SO hard to find these days! If there was the option I’d give them 10 stars!

Staff are very rude they dont greet you , and staff having their own conversation while assisting you.Waiting time is ridiculous.And pizza doesnt taste very nice compared to other Romans pizza. Really disappointing.

Pizzas were okay. Problem was that the lady behind the counter left out the avo on one of them on purpose. When I opened the boxes to check the order, she said it needed avo before she could even see the pizza. She did this to take it for herself. I strongly advise you check your order before you leave.

I waited 40mins for pizza pies. I ordered 3 triple cheese and 3 BBQ chicken, only to see they mixed up the order. In our family we don not eat meat on Tuesdays and 1 of the pizza pies marked triple cheese is actually BBQ chicken. The staff wasnt welcoming, the manager or owner as well. On top of everything, the staff at the back do not use their mask or gloves when handling food. I saw staff eating pizzas while busy with customers orders. Very disappointing.

Very convenient next to Carnival city.

So I tried the online app to order and collect. When I got to the store they couldnt locate my order on the system. They helped me quite fast, even though it was crazy busy because it was monthend Friday. They were so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work and attitude!

Be prepared to wait loooooooong for your order I waited a good 45min. I regretted stopping there as I was hopping to catch another shop before they close

Got our order wrong then the speed point did not work refused to open another point to use another speed point I will never order from Romans Pizza Brakpan the service was appualing had to wait another 25 min when I ordered over the phone 50min prior

I am so shocked and disappointed. So while waiting an hour for my pizzas ignoring the fact that i didnt get wat i wanted! They now allow ppl to buy without maks apparently they dont care about the no mask no entry the sign is probably there to read something while waiting? No need to think about people around you. Just walk in with a shirt and cover your mouth! Thats how they do business!! And when people complain they just get ignored... SO IF THIS IS BEING TOLERATED WHAT ELSE IS THERE THAT THEY DONT CEAR ABOUT? Dont even get me started on the fact that theyve got no clue what social destines looks like.

I enjoyed my time at Romans. Service was not as fast as I wanted but then again I was very hungry so yeah 😂😂😂

I am only giving 1 star for getting my order but we had to wait over 30mins, the manager (or maybe owner) of the place came in allegedly drunk then went straight to his office and wouldnt come to the front to address us the customers when asked to come out front.

Fresh pizza no complaints

It waz ok but I wasnt happy with their previous service. I ordered 2 large pizzas of one barber cured sous and i took my pzzas home.I found that they served me with 2 barber cured pizzas and that didnt go well with my wife because she doesnt eat any barber cure sous.

Service is very poor. I phoned an order through for collection at 17:45 and was told that it would take 25 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 18:15 and had to wait until 18:45 before I received my order. They waisted a half an hour of my time!

Always fresh pizza! The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Wait time is always in the same range and you dont wait very long! There is always parking and when it is busy the line always moves fast so you dont wait too long!! Ive never sat there to eat but it always looks clean and in good order! Good price as Romans is known for! The thin base is always better than the thick base unless you take a saucy pizza then thick base is a better choice!
