Food is always fresh, no problems with this fast food restaurant, Best thing about this Burger brand they always have ice cream and milkshakes available. Unlike some M burger place. Never have a problem where they use excuses like the ice cream machine is in self cleaning mode or some made up excuse.

The hamburger I ordered was fresh and delicious and the staff were friendly as well. There was also good adherence to social distancing protocols in the restaurant.

Delicious meal. 2 for the price of... deals are exceptional value for money. Chips with bacon bits and cheese make a delicious snack.

Friendly, helpful stuff members. Evan laughing with them as we chare a joke.

Loved Lebone. He was helpful and friendly on our visit on 11.09.2021. I also love that they refer to customers as guests.Toilets need a good cleaning.

It is a huge dissapointment.Waited 50 minutes for 2 icecreams.I just left without a refund or icecreams.Staff is untrained and of no help.I would have liked to have given this place no stars had I been given the option.Never Ever Again.I can understand why Burger King is in finacial trouble if this is your way of doing business.

This was the 6th time Ive gone to this location to get mozzarella sticks, and they just didnt have it. The stuff is blunt, rude, and far from personable. I guess thats what you get when you employ locals in South Africa

This was the first time I visited Burger King. It was very busy since they recently opened but the staff were helpful and kind. I got my order in about 10 - 15 minutes. The food tastes really good. They also have some cool special offers available on their app. I will definitely buy from them again.

Waiting times are long at times. Food consistancy is good. Service is okay. Does get orders wrong and on more than one occasion did not get all what i ordered.

They destroyed the place and now it is wonderful!!The opening week or two was a disaster and as a result no one dare come here because of the bad reviews and word of mouth. Which means it is nice and quiet now so it is quick to get youre food. Try them again but dont tell your friends or this place is going to be packed again.

I love Burger King. However this branch I will not be coming back to. I do not recommend this branch if you are a Burger King fan. Even gave us warm Pepsi, but the chips were fresh though.

Extremely poor experience - the staff have no idea how to use the app deals and got all 3 of our orders wrong after we clearly each explained what we ordered. The restaurant is also not busy at all, but we waited more than 20min for our orders and after being sent back for being wrong, they gave the wrong orders again.Out of all the BK branches we have visited (and used our app deals at) this is by far the worst experience weve had.Very dissappointed

I was just at burger king @ carnival mall. The music was so loud the lady at the till could barely hear us. Its very unpleasent in such a loud atmosphere.

If you dont have to wait just passed the pick up station then they use the excuse of system is slow. They are playing for time. Just an excuse to make them seem very fast at pickup station. This needs to be addressed with their Headoffice.

After a long story and mails send to customer care it come down to the manager asking me to drive there and fetch my burger that was not in my order, no penalty. The nice response from owner is only a smoke cloud. They don’t care.

The hamburgers is delicious, juicy. There is no long waiting period. And the prices are affordable.

Service is good. Interior is clean and nice to have a sit down meal. Selection on the menu is better than other burger franchises

Have not been disappointed with the food thus far however the accuracy of the orders leaves much to be desired. Fortunately the fork was packed for the cheese nacho loaded fries which I did not receive. Get it right people... Its not rocket science.

The food is great but it is too small for the volume of customers it must serve. A bigger building is needed. The layout is also not streamlining the process of walk in and drive through customers.
