Service- was welcomed by John with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude.Food- ordered the tilapia with sweet potatoes.The tilapia came with chilli butter on top, the meat was tender and the skin was beautifully crispy, the sweet potatoes also deserve a mention, lightly seasoned with paprika and complimented the fish perfectly.Hard to find faults in my experience here, except the food took a little bit longer then usual to come out, however is justifiable by the quality of the food.

The place is clean, service is top level and the food is awesome...

The food was below par and poorly presented.Since there has been new management, the restaurant has taken a sad turn and lost all quality.I would be giving the restaurant only one star if it wasnt for how well our server handled the situation.

We ordered Cafe Latte, waited 15 minutes for our drinks, and only after they brought our drinks, they told us that their complementary bread isnt ready yet. It is, 11:30 am.Unacceptable. We will definitely not return to this branch.

Just walked out. More staff than public. After being seated we waited for service. I asked who is responsible for our table... the staff just spoke among each other and did not bother to serve us.

We have noticed that the service has deteriorated over time. Last nights experience leaves us dissapointed again. Our starter came warm in a a cold pan. So we reminded our waitress to please bring our food while it was still hot. It came cold. And the manager did not bother to see what the problem wasWe wont be going back there.

My wife and I have been visiting OB Carnival Mall for many years now. Last nights visit was soured by the behavior of some of the staff on-duty including the manager.The food was great..... our waitress Sonto was very helpful and pleasant but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

I would like to thank the staff and especially the waiters at Ocean Basket Mall@Carnival for making my daughters birthday a memorable one! Everyone went out of their way to make the evening enjoyable! It was so much fun!!! We are also glad you are open again after your renovations We looooove the new look!!!

I went for dinner at the restaurant on the 14th of April 2019 around 19:48. The man who was our waiter started packing up the tables around us just as we started Eating and even started to put the chairs on top of the tables. It was the worst experience ever because it felt like we were being chased out of the restaurant. It gave the impression that we had to eat very quickly and leave the restaurant so that they could pack up in peace. Unfortunately the manager was outside and only noticed that the restaurant chairs were packed up all around customers after his waiters were already finished. The waiter showed no remorse even after the manager reprimanded him. The waiters behaviour was such a turn off.

Food is great. Salmon platter was done perfectly.

The decadent coffee milkshake was pretty much a vanilla milkshake with instant coffee added. The fried halloumi came with a few unwanted entrails of squid on the pan, and the crunchy Athena rolls were missing an ingredient. Normally I go to ocean basket because I always know what Im going to get, but this restaurant was the exception.

HiWhat is happening at ob mall at Carnival, we use to go there once a week. Tonights service was shocking to say the leastThe waiter doesnt know what diet coke isSome of the drinks were not availableWe waited 45 mins for food, my husband finished his meal then only I got mine. No serviotes, dirty cutlery, no straws, the waiter gave me the dirty serviotes from the table next to us. The table next to us was left with leftover food the entire time.

Think they might have closed down due to COVID 19 still not open
