Casa is a little hidden gem on our doorstep, a very chilled restaurant with a great atmosphere.I wasnt too impressed with my preggo I had but the starters and all the other food was amazing...

Really excellent food and service. It is a bit pricey. I would definitely go back but not often due to price. Seating is a bit blah.

Lunchtime celebrations 🎉🥂Casa do Campo - Boksburg has been around for a long time and we have always wanted to give them a try. No matter when you drive past its always packed with cars, and many friends have said they loved it.We decided to book here to celebrate my dads birthday and see what it has to offer.Great selection of food, and all your usual favourites. For starters we ordered the Garlic Snails, Creamy Garlic Prawns and the Chicken livers. Everything was delicious and full of flavour, we indulged properly and enjoyed their Peri peri sauce too. To drink I had the Sangria which wasnt bad, my mom had the Strawberry Daiquiri, which was a bit too sweet /syrupy and my sisters had the Tequila sunrise.Although a bit full, we still had to have mains. No ways we passing up some meat. Our waiter Jabu told us the specials, and gave us some suggestions. So we ordered the Chicken and Prawn Curry, the Steak with Mussel sauce, Steak Eggs and Chips, The Chicken and Ribs Combo and the Rabbit Stew. The chips they make are really good topped with their Peri sauce, the steaks were tender, my chicken was finger licking and so was my ribs. The rabbit - tasted like chicken 😂 As an extra side we had to have a portion of Milho frito (its my other love interest besides good Onion Rings) and they were fabulous. Slightly better than my other favourite Portuguese restaurant I normally get from.Our meals were really fantastic and portions were good. Our Waiter Jabu was also on point with a good sense of humour. Added bonus he mentioned that they sell the Milho Frito unfried, so we could take a portion home and fry it ourselves.No space for dessert, but I would definitely be back for more. Food is very good, Covid restrictions spoil the atmosphere a bit, not their fault though.

A nice place with loads of seating available. The food was tasty and we really enjoyed the prawns that was on special. The full chicken was tasty and well priced. Also enjoyed the chocolate volcano dessert. Service was a bit slow but the staff was friendly. Will surely go back again for prawns and the nice atmosphere!

2nd time coming to this place and both times the only thing I only enjoy is the beer as it comes ready made, the only problem you get it after 10years since the waiters just disappear who knows were! Had to be served by 3ladies cause each one just goes and never comes back!. Looking at these pictures, should tell you the quality of food they serve. I hardly touched the veggies after I tasted the cabbage. The fish was old and you could only taste water from it. Last time I had chicken , i wasnt impressed. Last thing please train your waiters, cause their services is very bad! Thank you

Tell everyone about this place. Its affordable and the food is amazing. Love my fish platter. Staff are very friendly and there service is excellent. The restaurants settings are arranged to suite all weather conditions and good indoor outdoor choices for that special occasions. warm and homely atmosphere. Must go to place when in Boksburg.

Great Food. Several inside and outside areas to sit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Several screens available to watch sport. Overall I will come back for the full chicken with deep fried pap as a side.

Had a date night with a lovely lady and that was a great time along with the restaurants great scenery and lighting however the food was very pub lunch like and the portion very small however the the staff where awesome and prompt. To start with - this is not a posh place, but if you want to try really well prepared Portuguese food you wont get wrong. Plus they have a good variety of draft beers. The little jungle gym for the kids makes it so much easier to spend good family time here without having to answer 1000 questions.
