Be careful, these people are dishonest, do not keep their promises and renege on deals with unsuspecting clients. I am outraged and warn anybody not to do business with people who have no concept of dealing honourably with their clients!!!.I bought a camper van in October from Lifestyle Centre. I was dealing with their sales person Gwen Bienedell and their dealer principal Jacky Smit. I was promised a refund of R5750 in December 2020 and I am still waiting!On the 2 October I offered a total amount of R390000 incl on the road fees for a used Toyota Campervan by sending a whatsapp to Gwen.She replied by whatsapp to the effect that the invoice the company would issue would be R390000 plus R3250 admin fee and R2500 licence and registration fee ie R5750 which their invoice system would not allow her to delete. She indicated that if I completed the licencing and registration personally and I provided those docs to her company they would refund this amount immediately.When I spoke to her about it when I picked up the vehicle I asked her specifically when the amount of R5750 would be refunded. She said as soon as I had registered the vehicle in my name I should send all the documents to her with proof of payment and banking details and this would be would be refunded.Accordingly I registered the vehicle in our name in November 2020 and sent I sent her the documents on 01 Dec and again asked for the refund of R5750 as agreed.She replied that she would organise payment.There was subsequent correspondence asking about payment from myself by email and whatsapp. On 29 Jan I asked via whatsapp what was happening wrt payment to which she replied it had gone in for processing. On 05 Feb I again asked about payment via whatsapp and she replied she would see accountant and would reply by 2pm. She never did. On the 8 Feb, I sent her a question mark. I received no reply.I found out they had in the meantime refunded only R600 to us.I spoke to Jacky the dealer principal on 16 Feb and she asked me to send an email to her detailing my issue. She said she would reply on Mon 22 Feb. I received no reply. I tried to call her but she was in a meeting so I left a message.. She did not call back. I tried to call Gwen but her phone rang and rang. She did not call back. I sent an email this morning asking .. no reply

Very bad service. After a month they still owe me money on the trade in. They are not interested in honouring their part of a signed agreement and keep giving me the run around.
