Good service, quality workmanship.A bit on the expensive side for repairs and parts but they are a dealer.They didnβt clip the second row seat into place so when I braked it came forward and hit the drivers seat, π‘π€£
Worst service Ive ever received from a sales advisor at a dealership. The level of unprofessionalism from Chantel was appalling and downright rude. She was shouting and talking down at me instead of offering to assist with my situation and advise me better. I literally had to call her out and asked her to stop screaming at me. Oh and not to mention her racist mannerisms.I will NEVER set foot in this place ever again!!
Great service from Dero in sales. Sorry, I had to adjust my review. After the initial good response, everything went down hill. Had an appointment to view the vehicle on Saturday together with my wife, and found Derishin gone without letting me know. Got a Dekra certificate with the wrong year model and paint colour. I think the vehicle never even went to Dekra! Vehicle was supposed to be valeted, but still dirty. Second key is still with original owner. What terrible, useless service. Worst of all, still in business. Management should be more involved.
This was my first and last time I go to them. I took my car there for a recall on my Triton airbag. I stood in the middle of the floor for an half an hour before someone asked me if I was being helped. After they did my airbag I had to push my cars horn to properly close it. They washed my car and stole my change in my ashtray. My car had a small crack approximately 5cm on the windscreen and when I left the crack was thru the whole window. Mitsitec will always be my first choice from now on.
I bought a used vehicle from this dealer 3 years ago. There turned out to be an issue with the vehicle and the dealer sorted it out and even gave me a courtesy car! Great service.

My husband and me bought two vehicles from Mitsubishi East Rand. There were a hickup with the one vehicle but the sales man Shane and the manager Jaco sorted it out quickly turning me from an upset customer to a satisfied customer in a wink of an eye.
The place is ok because tje vehicle service standard is good and they also have shuttle services morning and afternoon when the vehicle is ready. What really cheesed me off was the communication standard to customers when it is time to pickup. The driver gets there irate because he finished work at 4pm and he was yelling at me, the client, for not being outside. The ridiculous thing i mentioned to him was that, your company was meant to contact me to tell me what time and from where you will be coming from - not my problem you guys cant communicate to each other and to me on time on whereabouts. That was quite ridiculous. The morning also was a nightmare due to the fact that Mitsubishi Eastrand moved 5 years ago according to the manager there. The real irate and idiotic part is that if it has been 5 years ago why is it not updated on google maps or any others? Ive tried Waze and google maps that mornings both leading to the old address. Its absurd! It was the first time i decided to use this dealership and the storyline on this was really time consuming and frustrating.No complaints on the vehicle service standards and wash up - that part on my Asx best Ive received. Perhaps some work on the above can be looked at - much appreciated!
Recently purchased a vehicle through Imperial Mitsubishi on North Rand Road in Boxburg. From the start of the deal i experienced nothing but Brilliant and speedy service from the salesman Shane Walters. Everything got done in record time and I had the vehicle within 3 days after my first enquiry. My wife took her ASX there for a routine service on Monday 11 March 2019.At collection time, she discovered a crack right in the middle of the windscreen and immediately reported it asking what happened.Of course the culprit was then dead, and of course it also did not reflect on the pre-inspection...and of course nobody could explain how a crack can appear without a chip mark from a stone or similar projectile...After deliberations they initially wanted her to claim it back on HER insurance, which was turned down for obvious reasons.Only after inspections from PG Glass(same day) and Best Safety Glass (commissioned by Mitsubishi the next day)both established in writing it to be a stress crack (where excessive force was exerted upon it), did they offer to replace it.The cracked windscreen was eventually replaced by BSG only on Thursday 28 March 2019 partly due to stock unavailability.A generic windscreen was fitted because the car is just out of its warranty...π€.The Dealer Principal never contacted us to apologise for the inconvenience caused by their negligence, and only Charl (Service Manager) tried to reach an amicable solution.17 days with a (probably)non-road worthy winscreen leaves a bad taste in the mouth...π€, who knows what wouldve happened if she did not notice the cracked windscreen before leaving their premises...?π€

Great salesrep, but with all their rules and regulations and over a month of struggling to buy a vehicle, I decided to choose another brand instead. Imperial is killing the Mitsubishi brand!
