I could literally not make calls from Southern California, 20 minutes from their headquarters. I contacted customer service and complained and they were completely useless and had horrible customer service. Do not use and do not trust them…

This is the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever owned. I so regret spending money on this. The screen constantly freezes up or simply stops responding to touch. And that happen quite often when trying to answer a phone call. Apps (RevoLauncher, Messaging, Contacts, etc) crashes four out of five times you try and use them.The phone has a terrible lag, sometimes taking up to ten seconds before it reacts to what ever you pressed, then coming through with a barrage of pinging sounds as at now after the fact responds to your touch twenty times.I have reported this to Mint but they simply say I must take it in to where I bought it (840km from where I am now). Take it in and then what? I have to be cut off from the world for how many weeks? My job relies on me being in contact with customers on a daily basis. This just goes to show that nothing good can come from producing technology like this locally. I would have rated this piece of rubbish zero stars if I could!!!!!!!

The phone is very slow and freezes a lot. Some apps dont work properly on it but perfectly on other devices. 3g network disappeares and I cant access my internet. Needs a lot of improvement

Last max 1 year before the the battery gives in and blows up. NO reply from Mint, absolutely No customer service!!

I bought a mint tablet for my son for his birthday and is a very rubbisy phone,the screen cracked abd the phone does not work.I have already changed the screen twice now. Very easy breakable. Really not impressed with it. I should have read the reviews bfore buying it.Not a good brabd at all
