Bought my first printer here, helpful & friendly staff. Knows their products well.

Had an issue with my printer and sent them an email explaining the symptoms and they went over beyond to try to assist. In the end I brought the printer in and came our with an entire new hot end parts, due to over torque of bolts from previous owner.Will recommend these guys 10/10 for anyone new to 3d printing.

So I am fairly new to 3D printing and this is the first store I went to to buy filament and parts and I can say I dont even need to check out the other stores for the simple reason that I have been to this store multiple times within the last couple of months and I can say that every time I go back the service blows me away! very reasonable prices very helpful and friendly staff and a wide variety of machines and filament I can say as well that due to the kind and helpful staff I will definitely but investing more into 3D printing. if you have any doubts about the store I can assure you they will help you as best they can in any situation. keep up the good work!

The service supplied for me ordering supplies in store have been great, they have assisted me with all my requirements.

The Boksburg and Centurion branches seems to be two different stores. Centurion provides excellent service, but at the Boksburg branch everything is always a problem and too much to ask. Customer service is non existent

Feel like a kid in a candy store... just want everything... their prices are amazing ..if you in to 3D printing and CNC... this is the place to go.

The onsite staff are helpful, but some of the prices are a bit high.

Drove to the store yesterday to buy a Christmas gift for my son, on arrival the store was closed. Disappointment was obvious on his face. Double checked the hours on the web, said open until 4:30pm we were there at 13:41. Alas no 3D printer for him.

Worst after sales service I have ever experienced, I bought a creality cr 6 max, 3 weeks after I bought it the filament feeder cover cracked rendering the printer pretty much useless, I contacted the staff and they admitted to it being a common fault on these machines and the promised to make a new part for my machine as other customers have the exact same issue, its been 3 weeks going on to 4 weeks now that Ive been phoning to get a ETA for when this part will be ready but the amount of excuses is unacceptable and also they seem to have no urgency or really care about the customers I would not recommend this store to anyone, they keep promising someone will contact you the following day which never happens and when you eventually phone them they act like they have no idea what youre talking about.. if youre looking for a headache buy from these guys its 100% guaranteed. I went to proceed to purchase the part from one of the competitors and the very same day got my part and the machine is working no thanks to 3D printing store
