Probably the worst MTN in SA. Bought a 40w fast charger from them and to my surprise the cable wasnt correct. They also dont help people that are in store. The entire staff left us 6 customers alone in the store with one employee who doesnt do anything but make small talk.

This is the worse experience I have ever had with MTN. Agents say they will phone you back and then you dont hear from them in days. When I do phone them, they cant remember me? I took me 3 weeks to get a wifi contract. nAbsolutely appaulling!!!

Afternoon when to rietfontein rd branch to upgrade my contract fill in form sign everthing when i was finish they told me that the phone it not in stock waiting for delivery this was the 17 th august at the moment I am still waiting they send message to let me now that they are still waiting for stock it is the 30th today and still waiting for my phone I think this is unaccepteble they told me there is no stock at other branches aswell please need a answer as soon as possible otherwise I need to take my contract back and will go to vodocom or cell c for another contract.

I was sitting in the store and tried calling the number and could hear the phone ringing in the background but none of the staffed seemed bothered by the ringing phone. 3rd attempt to sign up for a package that is advertised on the Mtn brochures front page but no one is aware of the package. Nice work Mtn if I wasent ready tied into a contract I would have changed to a different provider.

This people cant do their work properly and is very slow They dont ohone you bac I am waiting 3 weeks alrady for the to phone me back in connetion of my upgrate my phones is there the paper work is done they are not able to do their work properley You wait more than a hour every time for help I think it is perthetic😠😠😠😠😠

Called in excess of 10 times. They never answer the phone.
