Friendly service, super clean,fresh food. There were no lines. Wonder if thats good or bad.I will definitely visit if Im in the area.

Just bought myself some sweet chili twisters and came home to disappointment, this is not the first time this branch of KFC utterly tossed up an order, chicken wrap and sauce, thats it. -_- might take me longer to drive to the other KFC in area but from now on thats what I am doing... pathetic

Great service, the food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. Its so wonderful when you are starving and get a wonderfully prepared meal, that is fresh and worth every cent. The restaurant is also clean and very presentable, with efficient and professional staff.

I enjoy the food and value for money. The drive thru is always place packed and slow. Sometimes I wonder why I go there.

I Ordered food through mr delivery app , food was cold the salad was off.one cool drink was missing.

The chips i got were slightly rushed, so although piping hot, they were sloppy and uncooked. Usually they are nice and crisp. Not today though.

Theres only 1 person in front to take orders pack and attend to Mr D diliveries so u have a long waiting time to order and long waiting time for your meal i havent been here once its over multiple visits that iv done that tjis issue is a constant struggle

I stopped by to get something to eat, the service was good although they didnt have pap with my two piece the food was up to standard. I used the toilets and must say it was clean and tidy soap dispenser was full and the hands air dryer was even working.

Lets not waste any time and just be honest about it. It was pretty bad, not even going to lie.

They are slow, attitude when communicating, food always cold and not professional in terms of alerting customers why theres a delay.

Last time I will ever eat KFC.After waiting in the drive through, whilst they were doing God knows what?Upon arriving at home we were greeted with the stench of rotting flesh.Appalled and disgusted that this branch passes hygiene inspection.I feel sick in my stomach!!!

A lady was cleaning the floor,unfriendly,blocking customers way ,moaning that she wants to knock off & choosing where customers must eat.A door leading outside was closed .we had no choice but to eat at home since it was hot inside... bad experience, spoiled our Sunday afternoon

The service was shocking and slow and when we got home we found that our order was short ...we had one coleslaw short which made me especially mad as my husband asked the assistant twice whether the order was complete. I have the slip with the assistants name and I complained on the web page but got no feedback. We also did not go back to the store as we live 105 kilometers away in Deneyville in the Free State. We also wanted a soft serve and was told they dont sell or put the softserve machine to use in the winter. So no ice cream was available either. Very poor for a franchise as big as KFC. The whole concept is going down the tubes as far as Im concerned even the salad portion size is minute and the one coleslaw that was in the packet was slimy. Definitely not going back there ever.

This is the worst KFC weve ever seen. They never have all the stock advertised and this evening you cannot even read the menus in the drive through. They also have people hanging around the KFC begging for money when the already have food in their hands.

Was totally ignored by the staff while we were waiting at the till on 01 Jun at night, the place was really unkept and extremely noisy.Decided to go the other KFC on North Rand Road. We left as we were the only people in the queue and I tend to understand why after this experience.

Consistently the most unpleasant and unreliable service and food. This branch shockingly never fails to dissapoint, with items missing in orders, and regularly running out of bread, lettuce, tomatoes and chicken all the time. Also dont expect the staff to know about promotions they advertise, or KFC customer service to care. Avoid the drive through if you do not want to get stuck due to staff missing orders from cars in the cue.

Not a big kfc fan. Cashier friendly and patient even though busy. Could not make up my mind. Settled for streetwise 2. For a change not so oily.

Probably the worst service around. Very slow waited around 45mins for my food. I stood there and watch no one assist customers see pic below and this went on for about 20mins with customers walking away. The stuff wore no gloves and was tourch the customers ice creams cone and god knows what else
