They specialize in bad service. After six oclock, the only thing they have is chicken pieces and if youre lucky, chicken wings.They dont even care about quality. Completely disgusting to the core.Its a pity Google doesnt have the option to give no stars at all...

Good service is not a norm in this place.First horrible thing : on the drive thru They wait for cars to queue without a proper notification that the speed point is not working. You are notified when you place the order, after you must go queue inside.Secondly : they advertise goods that are not always availableThirdly : They often say machine for ice cream and crusher aint working.I have never been in this place and find an excellent customer service.

Im writing this review in gross frustration with the Dawn Park KFC franchise. It has come to my attention that every time I visit this restaurant I am served with unprofessionalism. The staff show little care when assisting us. Our orders take more than 30 minutes to come through. The restaurant is beyond filthy. The staff do not look that hygienic either when looking at some of their hands. Could these be the very same people that handle our food? At around 7pm on 01/10/2021 I entered the store only to find a dirty floor and tables with leftover chicken crumbs. I also once ordered 6 piece chicken and the meat was EXTREMELY DRY. The drive-thru card machine is non-functional. What then is the purpose of a drive-thru if i have to spend 30 minutes in the restaurant and I am in a hurry? I hope mine and many other customers concerns are taken seriously.

Good place, good food, friendly staff.Disadvantage - when u order online they only make your order when u get there. So u have to wait again...

It was a terrible experience: I ordered a streetwise 1 with 1 piece, 1 mini loaf, mash potato soup. But I was only given mini loaf with mash potatoes and I only picked up this on the way when I drove off. On my return, they just added the piece of chicken there was no apology.

Often we forget how hard it is to get a job, once you have that job you think it will be yours forever.Well keeping your job in food outlets highly depend on your attitude towards the customers. I received the worst service inside the store, just a reminder to the staff, your worst service will lead to you being unemployed again.When we come to KFC we are not there to ask for anything but to buy.

The ordering system is OKAY... sometimes you do have to wait for sometime... but it is never full which makes for easier convenience.

The worst KFC service ever! Their machines always have issues. Their chicken is always dry. Their ice cream machine is always broken. I have a feeling the only time everything is functioning well is on a Monday morning when no one else is there.

This is probably the worst KFC branch in Gauteng, this place needs a drastic overhaul of staff and availability of food. Honestly disappointed. If half a star was possible I would give it that.
