My car goes for a regular service as I drive very far & put a lot of kilometers on in a short time. Of all the places Ive been before I find them the best. There service is quick & friendly. They always keep me updated as my service progresses. Never replace things if needed without my consent. What I love most is being able to have a nice cup of coffee & biscuits while I wait upon collection of my vehicle. Not to even mention the friendly & helpfulness of the staff.

Friendly and helpful. Nice Experiance but Extreamly obsessed with financial input from the sales staff. Are not prepared to even assist untill financial requirements are met. Paper work is parrot fashion with no exceptions. Should they meet there commitments is still to be seen.

Sales men dont have all the answers to my questions about the vehicles I was looking at.. very slow and poor service.. I went to mahindra in great north road. spoke to JJ and had the complete opposite.

Poor customer service in the parts department they do not get back to you. I ordered a center barring 2 days later no response I final found 1 myself in Brakpan at R600 versus Mahindra price of R1900. To little to late.

Very bad service and empty promises. Committed to deliver a new vehicle within the same day as payment. They said they had it in stock. Once I paid, all the usual excuses started. Management just as useless as the salesman. Avoid them.

Slow and very unhelpful!Called again today, was referred to someone else again, wasnt interested in helping us once again. Ordered and PAID for a passanger window and it has been 6 weeks now, still no clear answers. Fed up will NEVER make use of your service again.

I have managed to damage the gear mountings on my vehicle due to perhaps an inappropriate gear change coupled with the high torque of the engine. Initially I thought it was a gearbox fault. I took it into the Centurion branch for repair and they quoted me R8000 and told me it is not covered under the warranty. I wanted a second opinion and then went to the East Rand branch. I booked it in for Monday the next week but because of logistical issues I had to leave it there the Friday afternoon. Saturday morning they already started working on it. I phoned the next week to find out what is going on and was told they are replacing the engine and gearbox mountings on warranty and that the parts have already been ordered. Later that week I got the car back. Exceptional work done by Nthati and his team.

I had the pleasure of buying a 2011 Nissan micra from Carel. The dealings forthwith from the whole of the team including the sales, finance and workshop have been fantastic. Im definitely going to be having my services done there! Keep up the fantastic work everybody. Most pleasant experience Ive had in a long while! 👍🏻😃

I dont hate it i just had a bad experience on the day. My visit was to find out about a secindhand vehicle on the floor after confirmation that someone will assist we had to ask another 2 times for assistance eventualy we got no info and left

It was just proven again why I bought my Mahindra at another dealership. From the lady that answer the phones right through to the service consultant I have received the worst treatment ever. Good manners should be a given in the service industry, and to be told their managers does not speak to customers (in order to bring this under their attention) is totally unacceptable. Definitely taking this up with Head Office

20+ days since i bought a vehicle from this branch and still waiting for registration and licensing. I emailed the branch 25 October after not hearing anything about the registration from them - the response I got was that the other branch, on whose behalf they sold me the vehicle, had lost the vehicles Natis document. I responded to that email - no further response from the branch. I again emailed the branch and all concerned 29 October - no response. I then approached Mahindra Customer Service for assistance. This branch told Mahindra Customer Service that there is a backlog at the local Metro licensing offices - the reason why my vehicle is still not licensed. Im waiting in anticipation for the next chapter.

The team at this dealership have an exceptional passion for customer service. The 5 star rating above are not enough to rate the excellent service we received from the team at Mahindra East rand this week 15-19/07/2019. Never have I ever experience such good customer service from any dealership. I am very disappointed in this Branch. I bought a Vehicle from them; which had 2 pre-existing problems: A broken Fog Light and a Broken Side Mirror Mechanism. The Fog Light has to be replaced. The Side mirror; an entire mechanism must be bought. (But must be Imported) They advised that they would do it. We have had a car for less than a week and we have picked up numerous problems!!CV Joint Leaking Oil SEVERELYBig knocking noise when you brake a little hard or turn.Reverse gear badly scratches.Tailgate was broken and couldnt open the back at all. (when someone checked for us; the mechanism was broken and actually Q-bonded together)Upon informing the Dealership; we were advised to Book the car into the workshop and whatever is faulty, will be replaced; but at our own expense!!! (10% discount would be given, because we chose not to purchase a warranty from them)This is terrible!! How do you do business like this? Send 2 ladies with babies off in a vehicle that you know has numerous problems!!!Im utterly disappointed and I want my old car back!! We gave you a vehicle with no problems!!

Best mahindra dealer in gauteng

Customar service poor unable to give any sort of time frame on when car will be done.Unable to schedule service interville. They work on a first come first serve basis.You have to sacrifice your whole day just to service a car. Unable to provide transport back to service center even within a 3 kilometer radius.Staff that accepts you and your vehicle seem to be cluless as to what goes on with respect to service center logistics and are unable to get any information.

I have been trying to obtain an invoice for a car I would to purchase for the past 2 days. It seems like they do not require my business. Very disappointed.
