This is a multi-franchise setup. The main brand is Kia but they have incorporated TATA, FAW, CHERY and others. Parts must mostly be ordered and paid for upfront for all these Chinese brands. Service is good. Parking does become a problem. Someone please do something about the security staff. There is no consistency. Each one has his own story here.
